Its governance features enhance security, while AI integration automates approvals. Though customer service is excellent, improvement is needed in advanced provisioning and cloud management. The platform requires better automation for provisioning and access certification, alongside enhanced reporting and analytics. Technical support's response time and skills also need enhancement.
