UiPath Orchestrator is a scalable solution, but it would require a lot more configuration compared to other products to be able to scale effectively.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have previously worked with Aiwozo, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
Aiwozo has a multi-tenanted architecture. So I like that about the product. The simple Kibana-style structure of moving processes from one environment to another and the rule-based password control policy are useful features of Aiwozo.
Multi-culture automation is something that quite a few of our international clients demand, and the ease with which I can switch from one language to another is also important to me. That is why I've recommended Aiwozo to most of my clients.
What other advice do I have?
UiPath Orchestrator has the capabilities. Compared to other programs, UiPath Orchestrator has some nuances that can be improved upon. The new-age automation tools, like Aiwozo, are a little easier to use than UiPath Orchestrator.
I would ask users to look at their automation use case and see if there is a need for certain functions. Often, people load different functions into a simple automation project, making it more complex.
Overall, I rate UiPath Orchestrator a seven out of ten.
