Easy-to-integrate platform with efficient features for running automated bots across different environment
Pros and Cons
  • "UiPath Orchestration works effectively in deploying, scheduling, and running automated bots across different environments."
  • "It is challenging to accurately define text within images for the product."

What is our primary use case?

We use the product for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of both attended and unattended bots for efficient robotic processes.

It is challenging to accurately define text within images for the product. They should address pricing concerns by either revising the subscription model or providing more flexible options to users. In comparison, Microsoft 365 offers more affordable bundled licenses.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The product is expensive compared to Microsoft. The customers have to pay additional costs for support services.

Pros and Cons
  • "UiPath Orchestrator is a user-friendly solution."
  • "The solution’s licensing cost is high and could be improved."

What is most valuable?

UiPath Orchestrator is a user-friendly solution. In my organization, multiple teams work on the same UiPath Orchestrator, and I can assign different roles to different teams. We can create separate folders for their deployment and their robots. UiPath Orchestrator has a very user-friendly interface that helps users easily understand the different features and functionalities.

The solution’s licensing cost is high and could be improved.

The solution could include more AI capabilities in the next release.

How was the initial setup?

UiPath Orchestrator is easy to implement and configure.

The solution has good stability, but its UI should be improved and made more user-friendly
Pros and Cons
  • "UiPath Orchestrator is a stable solution."
  • "UiPath Orchestrator should improve its UI and make it more user-friendly."

What is most valuable?

UiPath Orchestrator is a stable solution.

What needs improvement?

UiPath Orchestrator should improve its UI and make it more user-friendly. The solution's governing policies feature could also be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been testing UiPath Orchestrator for a few months.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

UiPath Orchestrator is a scalable solution, but it would require a lot more configuration compared to other products to be able to scale effectively.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have previously worked with Aiwozo, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.

Aiwozo has a multi-tenanted architecture. So I like that about the product. The simple Kibana-style structure of moving processes from one environment to another and the rule-based password control policy are useful features of Aiwozo.

Multi-culture automation is something that quite a few of our international clients demand, and the ease with which I can switch from one language to another is also important to me. That is why I've recommended Aiwozo to most of my clients.

What other advice do I have?

UiPath Orchestrator has the capabilities. Compared to other programs, UiPath Orchestrator has some nuances that can be improved upon. The new-age automation tools, like Aiwozo, are a little easier to use than UiPath Orchestrator.

I would ask users to look at their automation use case and see if there is a need for certain functions. Often, people load different functions into a simple automation project, making it more complex.

Overall, I rate UiPath Orchestrator a seven out of ten.
