What is Visual Studio Test Professional?

Visual Studio Professional Edition provides an IDE for all supported development languages. As of Visual Studio 2010, the Standard edition was dropped. MSDN support is available as MSDN Essentials or the full MSDN library depending on licensing. It supports XML and XSLT editing, and can create deployment packages that only use ClickOnce and MSI. It includes tools like Server Explorer and integration with Microsoft SQL Server also. Windows Mobile development support was included in Visual Studio 2005 Standard, however, with Visual Studio 2008, it is only available in Professional and higher editions. Windows Phone 7 development support was added to all editions in Visual Studio 2010. Development for Windows Mobile is no longer supported in Visual Studio 2010; it is superseded by Windows Phone 7.

Customization is the most powerful feature of this product because you can mold and design to your requirements. It's possible, for example, to build an OCR test from PDF or work files or build your own component based on OCR provisions and obtain the data required to process. If you extract a bill you can get the identification of the vendor or IT of the product, its quantity, value, unit, and additional information. Test Professional has the advantage of being able to integrate with any kind of third-party service which is very useful for the programming phase. It also has the ability to integrate without programming or the need for developing any APIs or services to integrate with robots. A regular user can do it.

I don't handle the broader testing systems; other team members manage those aspects using tools like Selenium. Customers comment on how to improve our solutions. The tool offers some AI integration, but currently, we are not utilizing AI in our projects. Instead, we are exploring AI capabilities in GitHub. My advice to people who are considering implementing Visual Studio Test Professional is that they should try it. It supports robust solutions and offers seamless integration, whether on-premises or in the cloud, without any problems. I rate the overall product a nine out of ten.
