In terms of the performance aspect of the product, my company has noticed some issues in the solution. Huawei is very much available in India and Pakistan, and the tool is willing to do research and development. The tool is willing to offer full support if something comes up or arises and we face a major shutdown in FSI, where a shutdown is a very critical thing. The product promptly offers support services for the problem. There were some problems with the backup and some data or analytics-related issues. There wasn't any problem with the integration part, but there was some problem with the backup and analytics. The product is easy to maintain due to a lot of resources available, and there are not many problems with the solution as well. Principal support is always available, so maintenance doesn't cause a lot of problems and issues. Huawei is not easy to integrate with other systems. The problem is that other systems don't support Huawei. If I go with VMware, there are so many principles that don't integrate Huawei. Huawei can create its own ecosystem, after which it becomes very useful. If Huawei has to be integrated into an ecosystem where there are other OEMs like Lenovo or the hypervisor layer from VMware, then it becomes totally useless because there is no support from other principles, and Huawei also can't provide any support. It is nearly impossible to integrate with other tools, and this is one of the reasons why it wasn't used in the cloud with the HPC part. Huawei does have AI integration, but it is specific to its own system and environment. In one way, AI is an advantage. If you are using Huawei's ecosystem, AI is perfect. If you are using a mix-and-match solution, then the AI part may have huge disadvantages because of the integration issues. The product has some integration issues with the other ecosystems. Huawei is mostly limited to within its own environment and confined. If it goes out of its own ecosystem, then there there are some limitations with Huawei. If the integrations are done within Huawei's ecosystem, the tool will probably be ten out of ten. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
The product integrates well with different IT infrastructures and systems in the telecom sector. Our partners manage services, including detailed integration and migration-related operations. The platform upholds the uptime and reliability of our business applications. We classify our systems into different tiers, ranging from machine-critical to business-critical, and FusionStorage helps us run all the services. It delivers a remarkable uptime of 99.9%. With our expectations for continuous service availability, we are operating 24/7. In cases where system interruptions occur, it enables rapid restoration, ensuring a prompt return to normal service levels. I rate it an eight out of ten.
My advice to new users is that choosing Huawei FusionStorage depends on the customer's location and needs. For customers in China, considering a domestic provider like Huawei might be a good choice, especially for certain localized services, but it's important to assess individual requirements before making a recommendation. Overall, I would rate the product as an eight out of ten.
On a scale from one to ten with one being the worst and ten being the best, I would rate this solution as an eight of ten. While I know it is an excellent solution and it will work well for our Huawei customers, we do not have any use cases here in the UAE for FusionStorage yet because it has yet to be deployed anywhere. In China, they would possibly have some of the use cases. But in the UAE, it is totally new. Actual customer feedback is very important because the economy of software has changed and the customer is the one testing the product.
Cloud Storage solutions provide users with scalable and flexible options to store and manage data efficiently. Organizations can access, share, and secure data seamlessly, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
Cloud Storage offers storage solutions over the internet where data is stored on remote servers belonging to third-party service providers. Customers can scale storage capacity on demand without investing in physical infrastructure. This elasticity allows for better cost...
