I would recommend using Oracle APEX, especially if users are already utilizing Oracle E Business Suite. Oracle APEX is integrated with the business suite and offers numerous features and components that are easy to use. The data can be retrieved efficiently, though the UI can be improved. My rating for the solution is seven out of ten.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten, with ten being the best. My recommendation depends on the business needs because use cases can be complex and different, and it just depends on the application and industry.
I wanted to become a full-stack developer, but I didn't want to do excessive coding like we were taught after completing our bachelor's degree, as there is a code for everything, even a button or link. I just want to write the core logic of my code, and Oracle APEX provides that level of feasibility, flexibility, and customization. No other applications, like Java, offer that level of customization. With Oracle APEX, I only need to write the core logic. Processes, tests, and everything else are taken care of by Oracle itself. It's essentially plug-and-play. Despite not being a front-end developer, I've used Oracle APEX to develop my resume and applications. I was able to do that very quickly, even as a complete beginner. This shows how flexible APEX is for web developers. Even without a team leader, you can learn it yourself if you have the interest and enthusiasm. However, with a leader or mentor, you'll become a pro. Oracle APEX provides flexibility with no-code, low-code, and drag-and-drop features, making it easier to learn and use. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Earlier, we were using Oracle applications. Now, we are using APEX. I will recommend the solution to others. Overall, I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
I use Oracle APEX for rapid prototyping and deployment. It is the most efficient tool I have used, significantly reducing development time compared to older platforms. With its low-code interface and abundance of features like dynamic actions, APEX simplifies development, especially for those familiar with traditional forms. Its web-based nature and minimal need for customization further enhance its usability. Overall, APEX streamlines the development process and enables quick deployment of applications with minimal coding effort. The integration capabilities of Oracle APEX are impressive. We have leveraged backend database connections via DB links to interact with multiple databases seamlessly. This allows us to consolidate data from different sources and generate comprehensive reports within a single APEX application. While we haven't fully explored all integration possibilities, APEX supports various functions like JSON files, web services, and REST APIs, offering potential for future integrations, such as with customer compliance systems. Overall, I would rate Oracle APEX as an eight out of ten.

Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would rate Oracle APEX a nine. I recommend the solution and I believe it all depends on the complexity of the application they are planning to build. If it is too complex, then I think this may not work. APEX is good for medium-complexity applications.
The solution is directly connected with Oracle Database. Without Oracle Database, we can't develop it. I fully recommend the solution to users who have Oracle Database. We can use the solution for free if we have access to Oracle Database. It also covers some enterprise features. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.
I would rate this product as a five out of ten, right in the middle. Number one, it is easy to scale for simple matters. However, when it comes to complex development, it can be challenging and time-consuming.

Oracle Application Express (APEX) excels in data automation and digitization. It also supports Dynamics reports and Dynamics Graphical charts, as well as analytical methods. I believe it is good, and it is simple to implement. You will save a lot of time for developers to develop their use cases, or implement their use cases into the software. It allows many users to users to use it. I would say it is good software with enough information on the Internet for people to learn. Just maybe it's not really good for a brand new beginner who doesn't have any programming or software knowledge, it will be a little bit more difficult to speak with Apex, but overall, I think this local platform saved a lot of time for developers or companies to build their customized, management system or customized ERP. I would rate Oracle Application Express (APEX) a seven out of ten. The three-point loss is because of the debugging issue that they have, as well as the interface, which is not very straightforward and is not completely understood.
I'm an expert on Oracle Application Express (APEX). I'm working with the latest Oracle Application Express (APEX) release. I have many Oracle Application Express (APEX) projects, with one project deployed on-premises, and another on the cloud, using an autonomous database. Two people work on the Oracle Application Express (APEX) deployment, which is the magic of this solution because it only requires two people to deploy on a massive project, even with hundreds of CRs. The deployment process is smooth. Compared to Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Express (APEX) requires eighty percent less maintenance. The ministry has seven thousand concurrent users working with the solution, with one hundred thousand transactions daily and about sixty thousand reports printed daily. I would recommend Oracle Application Express (APEX) to others looking into using it one hundred percent. I'd tell you not to go with other tools because there's no comparison between Oracle Application Express (APEX) and its competitors. I have twenty years of experience in development, and I've worked on Java, .NET, Oracle forms, Vega, and low-code developments. I hardly have to work when using Oracle Application Express (APEX). My advice is to choose it over others. I'm giving Oracle Application Express (APEX) a perfect score of ten. I'm giving it a hundred percent rating.
Evaluate your implementation team properly before contracting with them. It is important to receive help from the best team in the market. I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

I work in the healthcare sector, and the EMR system I'm using is developed on Oracle Application Express (APEX). My organization also uses Microsoft 365, but just the basic version for exchange purposes. I'm a user of Oracle Application Express (APEX). I'm using a very old version of Oracle Application Express (APEX), version 4.2. I'd advise anyone looking into using Oracle Application Express (APEX) to try the new version of the solution rather than the old version because the new version is good. Oracle has updated the forms and reports in the latest version and integrated many APIs for open-source solutions. The new version of Oracle Application Express (APEX) is more advanced than the older version because it now has SQL server compatibility, so I recommend it. My rating for Oracle Application Express (APEX) is six out of ten, particularly for the current version used in my organization, as it has a lot of issues, but as I've said, it's an old version that needs to be updated to the latest one. My organization is an Oracle customer.

It all depends on the solutions you seek. But, yes, I would probably recommend this solution to others. I would rate Oracle Application Express (APEX) a six out of ten. The idea of the product is good, but there are issues that make it difficult to work with.
I would tell those considering this tool that if you have an Oracle environment, it's worth taking a look at. If you don't have an Oracle environment in place, it's the wrong tool. Also, I would tell them to stick to the standard functionalities of APEX and not try to extend it with custom code. We learned that if you stick to the standards the application gives you, it's easy to maintain and it's easy to transfer from one developer to another. If you start to create custom code in hidden areas, it's very hard for the next developer to find the code. I would rate this solution as an eight out of ten.
Oracle is faster than Power BI, however, it does require more skill to use. It is not easy for the common user to produce a chart from the data. I would rate Oracle Application Express (APEX) an eight of 10 overall.

We are just customers and end-users of the product. We are still running a test, or a POC, to see if we like how the system operates for our organization. I would rate the solution at a six out of ten. If it had VPN process management, I would likely rate it higher. While I would recommend the solution, it would depend on an organization's requirements.

The forums are quick, and I follow those to lookup features, and I just recall it. I follow all the online seminars and that was enough for me. There are some restrictions when using this product, but it can be valuable for developing and integrated with E-Business Suite. Because in some instances, some tools aren't available in the E-Business Suite environment. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Oracle Application Express (APEX) an eight.
In order to go with APEX, you need to know everything about Oracle as a database, starting from a secure fundamental as the beginning, PL/SQL, and administration of the database. You have to know about HTML5, JavaScript query, and jQuery. I would rate APEX a seven out of ten. The drawback of APEX is the relation between APEX and Oracle, there is no relation between APEX and other databases. It's very good for learning APEX and it is stable. Your company has to understand how to invest in it. It is a wonderful database. If it's Oracle, it is the best one in the world. So when we invest in people, invest in Oracle, we will get our results. Everything is available and everything can be developed with any applications.
We are a consultancy firm for IT purposes, software. Especially, we are engaged in the insurance and banking finance sector. We have a very large and deep knowledge of accounting software. Our team is very experienced, senior developers, and business analysts. We are migrating our Oracle Forms to APEX. In the future, we will continue to use APEX. I would highly recommend this product to others who are interested in using it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

APEX is a pretty old application and a pretty old environment. Most people are usually trying to get rid of it rather than bringing it onboard. For anyone still considering it, I strongly suggest going to the cloud application because the general strategy of Oracle Corporation is to support applications on the cloud. There are multiple other solutions to consider from Oracle or other vendors as well. On a scale of one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate Oracle Application Express depending on the task. For some tasks, it is just perfect. You can say it would be an eight or nine-out-of-ten for quickly creating an application that does not need strong security. But for some tasks, like when you try enhancing an application, the score is pretty low. In that case, I would give the product a three or a four.
My advice for anybody who is implementing APEX is to use the default parameters and do not do anything that is customized. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
Apex is a great tool, you can use it for your regular business affairs and it's a very productive solution with great features. I really appreciate the people who created it.

Once you start to develop with APEX, you will be hated by programmers and coders. They will want to show you that they can do the same as you can do. My advice would be to just use this solution. I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.
I think it's a very good solution for developing web applications. It's very easy to expand the web application and have strong security in the functionality and availability on the Oracle APEX. I think if some company chooses Oracle APEX as a solution, it's a better base for any web development. On a scale from one to ten, where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate APEX as absolutely a 10. When I started to work in my company they solved a lot of problems for creating a small application, a small form for reporting for anything by using Oracle APEX. Now that I use Oracle APEX I think it is the best solution for my development.
Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a low-code development platform that enables users to build enterprise apps securely and scalably. APEX, which offers world-class features, can be deployed anywhere. As part of the Oracle Database, developers can develop superior apps 20x more quickly by using all of the tools provided in a single, extensible platform.
