Ubiquiti products are really good. I am a B2B wholesaler, and my type of business requires profit to sell to my installers or for my installers to sell to the end customers. Right now, Ubiquiti doesn't offer that. They are selling the product on their website. We face difficulties with Ubiquiti's supply chain because their products are usually out of stock. I would recommend Ubiquiti Wireless as a brand. However, we are no longer recommending it in my business. I am a wholesaler who recommends installing wireless or network solutions for other companies. I no longer recommend Ubiquiti Wireless because it is not profitable. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

The biggest downfall is support. But everything else is great. The products are quality products. There's no way around it. So, it's up there. I wouldn't put it in the top three, but I would put it in the top twenty. If ten is the best overall, I would put it at a six out of ten.
We don't solely rely on built-in firewall features for enterprise-level security. Instead, we often use another brand or third-party firewall the client prefers as the primary defense. For clients with less sensitive data transactions or those running via the cloud, we trust the firewall features of Ubiquiti's UDM Pro. I rate the solution overall as a nine out of ten. There's always room for improvement, and we anticipate future developments and innovations.
The most recent project involved implementing a Ubiquiti Wireless solution for a large factory. The project encompassed deploying approximately 35 access points throughout the factory premises, including the offices. It provides high reliability and performance. I rate it a nine out of ten.
A scenario where Ubiquiti Wireless significantly improved our company's network connectivity stems from the fact that it is really simple and intuitive to use. Before Ubiquiti Wireless, my company used other brands that were complicated and hard to configure. And Ubiquiti Wireless has a pretty clear web interface. For mobile devices, the product is really easy to configure. The most beneficial part of the solution related to network management stems from the fact that it is possible to get it configured and used via a mobile phone application. The product is usually versatile and allows users to configure the tool in many ways, including adding it as a bridge between one tool and another. There are many ways that the tool can be configured to meet the specific business needs of a customer. Ubiquiti Wireless' unified controller has impacted the efficiency of our company's network operations since it simplifies the configuration and management of the Wi-Fi network. The main strength of Ubiquiti Wireless is the ease of use it provides to users. The maintenance part of the product is pretty easy. Once the product is configured in a proper way, it works forever. There is not much need for a maintenance part until and unless there is a need to change something. The setup phase of the product is easy, meaning there is less effort required to deal with the setup process, which means fewer costs are involved during the installation for the customer. The installation part of the product is straightforward, which ensures that there is a cost-saving for the customer. During the first attempt itself, you can set up the system in the right way, and there is no need to spend extra time on areas like fine-tuning. The installation is so easy that the product is up and running during the first setup process itself. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.
We may use the latest version of the solution. It depends on the client's deployment. I'd advise people to do their research and have a good understanding of the product. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.
Currently, I see the best value for price in the market regarding Ubiquiti wireless. Also, the delivery time is quite good, and we haven't had any problems. We are using a few models like Long Range, Pro, Wi-Fi 6, NeoGen, and J2028, and they have everything that small and medium businesses need. So, I would recommend this solution to other people. Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. We are happy with the solution and increasing its usage.

Three years ago, I would have, but things have since shifted a bit. I prefer to have everything at home. Ubiquiti requires a cloud account now, which I don't like, therefore I wouldn't recommend it at this time. I would rate Ubiquiti Wireless an eight out of ten.
We have a mixed environment. The APIs are obviously on-prem, and all the management is in the cloud. I'm using the latest version of the solution. I'd recommend the solution to others. If you want a low-cost option, if you don't have the budget, I'd advise you go for Ubiquiti. I would rate the solution eight out of ten.
I would recommend this solution is best suited for small and medium businesses. Small businesses I would classify as 200 to 400 people using the solution. Aruba is a better solution. I rate Ubiquiti Wireless a five out of ten.
We are a customer and end-user. We're using the latest version and have updated it. Ubiquiti Wireless is an access point wireless solution. However, I would suggest it more for outdoor use. For outdoor devices, if you deploy Ubiquiti, then you'll get the proper signal and coverage. If you are in a building, or any other premises that have obstructions or hard walls, then I would suggest not using Ubiquiti Wireless. It has less penetrating power. It will not come inside rooms. I'd rate the solution six out of ten.
I rate Ubiquiti Wireless eight out of 10. I would definitely recommend Ubiquiti to others unless it's a scenario where you have a massive deployment or the client has an existing Netgear, HPE, or Aruba setup. Their products are durable and easy to use. Ubiquiti fits into that mid-market segment. Ubiquiti slots in below Aruba, Cisco, and all those heavy-duty systems, but it's still a robust product. In most cases, I'd suggest Ubiquiti over and above your bigger names like Cisco, Netgear, etc. It's definitely a cut above things like TP-Link and Tenda. It has its own market share right there in the middle When you're managing more units, it helps to have handover and the capacity to switch between multiple inputs and outputs. Ubiquiti handles that well. Obviously, when you have hectic layer 3 networks and huge roll-outs, HPE and all of those other big names are more appropriate products. However, Ubquiti is the most reliable product in 80 percent of general use cases.
We are a virtual organization with a number of people working from home and coming together to provide solutions. Most of the equipment switches, wireless equipment cameras etc. work pretty well. Once everything is up and running, the solution doesn't need much attention at all. That's why we like it. We want to run an efficient business and scale the business well, and not have to hire too many people to do the job. That's working out very well.

We are a customer and an integrator. It's my understanding that we are using the latest solution, based on the firmware that they released. It's got a pretty low learning curve. You might only need one day to have a look at it and understand everything. I'd rate it eight out of ten. It's pretty great for small businesses, however, to take it to the next level, a large company likely will need to acquire it.

We are working with the latest version of the solution right now. If a company is looking for a low-cost option, I would recommend this product. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been pleased with its general capabilities overall.
The failure rate is very low on these devices - I've had them installed for five years and have only lost one out of a hundred. I'd rate this solution as nine out of ten.

I'm a wireless specialist. That's what I do. I design wireless and put them in. Deployment of Ubiquiti Wireless depends on the customers, but it's not deployed on my premises. I sell it and I design it. I'm an engineer who designs for customers, so we deploy it in different scenarios, but mostly it's deployed into the small business type of environments. This solution requires regularly maintenance. You have to do firmware updates, and that's it. My advice to people looking into using this product is that first of all, it would depend on what they are doing. What type of network implementation are they going to do? Before I give advice, I would be asking a lot of questions. If Ubiquiti Wireless will be used in an educational institution, or in an institution that requires a higher level of security, or one that requires ease of management or good scalability, I will tell them not to use it. If it will be used in a little cafe and they want to put two access points in, and they want a little guest network that people can sign in, and they want people to be able to log in through Facebook, etc., then using Ubiquiti Wireless will be fine. Ubiquiti Wireless is a seven out of ten for me, because of its target market, and it does what it's supposed to do in the market it's supposed to be in. It's really good for its price point and for its target market. I work with Ingram Micro and we sell a large amount of Ubiquiti Wireless, and there's a lot of SME that use them quite successfully. It's just that large implementations can become a huge challenge with this solution.

It's not a one file device. It's a whole network. It's Wi-Fi, wired, a security gateway, etc. It has all of these different components to it and is not just Wi-Fi. However, the price is on the higher side, but you're getting better equipment for it. So, I would rate Ubiquiti Wireless at nine on a scale from one to ten.

Those wanting to purchase solutions try and balance between the price and features, with this solution it is very cheap in comparison with Cisco and Ruckus. For example, if you are looking for houses best suited, the high-end houses are a good fit. For companies, they might have a larger budget to invest in more expensive equipment. Ubiquiti for houses is more than enough. I rate Ubiquiti Wireless a seven out of ten.

We're resellers. You don't need to have a relationship with the product in order to sell it. In other cases, you need to be certified. We have certification with Fortinet and Cisco Meraki as well. Whether or not we use the latest version of the solution depends on the clients and their needs. Ubiquiti has both on-premise and cloud. It has a controller whereby you can access the cloud. The solution is best suited for small to medium-sized enterprises. I'd recommend the solution. I use it myself, and you can't beat the price. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. It's quite good.

I would recommend the solution to other organizations. Overall, I'd rate the solution nine out of ten, simply due to a few problems we have obtaining the hardware.
We may increase our installation base for Ubiquity Wireless. However, I want to have an extended portfolio with all of the other products also available. Overall, this is a product that I recommend. I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.

This is a good product and one that I recommend highly. They just recently upgraded the platform and I am really happy with it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
My first point of advice is, don't get into it blindly. Although, it's easy to set up, don't get into it blindly. Do a little bit of research on the product before you first open the box because it is not like other products in the sense that it's very easy to set up, but you still have to have a bit of savvy around it. There's no other product in the world that I know of that does the whole adoption setup and control set up the way Ubiquiti does. Other products handle things differently, NETGEAR does it differently. A bit of advice is, go and look at how the adoption process on the switches work and how easy the switches are to set up and learn a couple of the tricks and that's about it. I would rate Ubiquiti a nine out of ten.
You have to keep your switches up to date in order to support all of your wireless components. Normally, all of the firmware is the latest version. When it comes to home solutions, people tend to shy away from Ubiquity. They look at products like TP-Link or Tenda, which are entry-level products. These products are good, but they are aimed at the home market. They're aimed at being straightforward plug-and-play, without any real security worries. Ubiquity is more premium, which is why it is more corporate or for more experienced customers. While this product is good for small businesses, I would say that you can integrate it into an enterprise solution as well. It's a solid enough product that it will work in an enterprise environment without a problem. This is definitely a very good product. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
They have a product that is used a lot in Iraq homes, because they use it to get an education, through the internet from an access point. This is used by all people in Iraq. There are some other companies like TP-Link, but TP-Link is not stable. TP-Link has many issues in their products. So you can use this as a normal user in a house and move up to companies even, in some cases. Depending on the router type, you might have to reset it every couple of days or every couple of months. I would rate this as nine out of ten, where Cisco would be a ten.
We are primarily concerned with outdoor use. There is another provider we are using for services to deal with privacy regulations in Europe. That is still a question to investigate for using Ubiquiti to comply with European regulations. We are currently using our own hardware for management. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, Ubiquiti Wireless is an eight. There are some things that can be improved.

We are a reseller of Ubiquiti hardware. We always use the most up-to-date version of the solution and update it all the time. We use the private cloud deployment model. We've also used the on-premises deployment model, however, most clients prefer the private cloud. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
