What do you like most about Celonis?

Celonis, especially for high-risk finance-related processes, helped us make precise decisions and uncover hidden values within our architecture. It was one of the most significant values our business identified. Additionally, it helped us during the migration process.

I would rate the stability a ten out of ten. It's very good. It offers good data consistently.

Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten. Celonis is a wonderful tool, so you cannot find any drawbacks at the right moment.

Celonis’ Process Cockpit is valuable.

Cause analyzer is a very good feature.

We can use it to discover processes and mitigate the mistakes in the process.

It performs well for connecting multiple processes.

My two favorite features are execution management and process intelligence, which provide 360-degree data.

What I found most valuable in Celonis is the ease of use.

I also like that users can compare and contrast and derive any KPIs, keep track and see what's happening within the process via Celonis.

In my opinion, it's quite an advanced tool.

The process chart is valuable in identifying the bottlenecks.

I like the spaghetti it throws off when configuring the sequence of processes and tracking the endpoint. I also like the variation from these defined processes and what is being observed on the ground.

I'm exploring the root cause analysis a lot these days, and it seems to be quite interesting. But again, there are a lot of external dependencies on that. But I think the spaghetti, and the one that shows the variation and the performance gap, is something which I really like.

The real-time replication was just implemented and is quite useful.

We can observe the flow and invoices.

The analyst role within this solution is very good; it provides a transaction dashboard, and KPI module, that are completely customizable.

The most valuable feature of this solution is the PTS service.

It provides seamless unified views with awesome drill down options.

Celonis' best feature is a new one called Action Flow, an enhanced version of earlier automation features with lots of integration options with other systems so you can access third-party systems and automate some actions there too.

Technical support is really good. For me, the sales support matters more. When I'm in a sales cycle, the Celonis sales teams are very helpful. They reach out to me from day zero.

From a features perspective, the discovery and analytics parts of Celonis have been valuable, especially the analytics and all of the out-of-the-box process connectors.

Celonis is one of the best solutions on the market. It offers you a lot of training materials and exposure to its ecosystem. Celonis is trying its best to prepare an ecosystem for it because, without an ecosystem, you will not be able to scale up.

The most valuable features are process mining, task mining, business analytics, and machine learning.

The documentation, multi-hop analysis, and SLA breaches are the most valuable features we have discovered.

For the amount of information that it processes, it works relatively fast. I like the visual presentation and the interface is intuitive. I also like that Celonis has a learning academy.

I have found the automatic mapping of the processes themselves to be a valuable feature.

Its usage is relatively straightforward after the UI is set up. There's a lot of pre-built analysis that can be utilized, which saves a lot of time. Overall, it is a good product.

The training material is good. The information is very systematic, detailed, and comprehensive. They have a training video for almost every single thing, which makes it easier to know how to use the tool.

With the help of data mining, we can identify different costs. Celonis does background research into the data from the different solutions and puts it into the dashboard and so we can see the differences between the pricing over the previous years.
