The licensing cost is very high. If any customers submit the renewal during the renewal period, it should be covered by the renewals. It starts from the renewal and not from the recent fees applicable. If customers have issues with their organization and don't want to renew right now, but plan to renew after six months, they may have applicable reinstant charges. However, these reinstitution charges can be wiped off or paid off. There are additional costs attached to the standard license. I would rate it a six, where one is expensive, and ten is cheap.

We pay monthly under a subscription model. We're quite happy with the pricing. It's not overly expensive. You don't have to pay for anything other than the license. However, they do have another version that offers a few more security features. It's an incremental change in price. Some of our staff are using it as they have very flexible licensing models in general.

I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten, where one is a high price, and ten is a low price. It's somewhere in the optimum range.
