I use the tool for servers. I don't think I have paid anything to personally use the tool. In general, I can say that I use a free tool. I don't think that cost is an issue. I don't pay for the license. I use the product from my organization as you need a storage-based tool. My organization makes yearly payments towards the licensing charges attached to the tool. I did not pay any extra charges in addition to the standard licensing model of the tool.

There are a few things that are available for students' free tier. However, for students, the entire platform should ideally be free. And it's not just limited to students; even some professionals who need to learn GCP, AWS, or Azure should have free access as partners. However, I do understand that there should be charges when professionals create their accounts under the professional category. But for those logging in as intermediates or beginners, it should be available for free. It would be a valuable addition.
