The initial cost for on-premise installation was around 50,000 USD for the licenses, including HANA database and other components. After that, we pay an annual maintenance cost (AMC) of 20% of the initial value, depending on the number of users. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with ten to twenty users, it could be around 10,000 to 20,000 USD. However, if you move to the cloud and choose subscription-based licenses, the costs can vary depending on the service providers. Additionally, if you use integration modules or third-party applications, it may incur extra costs. Compared to other products like Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite, SAP Business One is cost-effective for SMEs.

The price of SAP Business One is not comparable to other solutions. SAP is a well-known brand, and its price is on the higher side. However, if the solution offers the right fit for an organization the price is not a major concern for those who choose to use it. There are two main types of licenses, one for administrative management and the other for users. Users are the ones who input the transactions. In addition, there are other licenses, such as integration licenses that are provided as needed. However, generally, there are two types of licenses.
The licensing cost for SAP Business One is affordable, and I'd rate it as four out of five. The license covers the software, the configuration, and the services, but if you want technical support, you'd need to pay for that separately. My company gives free support to customers who pay the annual maintenance contract.

The licensing is flexible. If you buy the license in the CapEx model, then you have an 18% to 20% maintenance fee that covers you for bug support and access to upgrade patches and releases. If you do the software as a service model, dollars are effectively built into the monthly fee. Therefore, you're not having to pay that on top of it. You're just paying a monthly fee and that's usually it.
We bought all licenses for the whole package in the very beginning, and now we're just paying for 404 licensed maintenance. It's a standard fee. Of course, we still pay partners for implementation.
The price of the solution itself is not the issue, however, the cost of the licensing is strange. No other ERP that concurrent licensing. As I have what will be a hundred users at the time to use it, doesn't matter whether Samuel or George come on, SAP requires an individual attached to a license. That means even if a person is no longer a user, we have to untie the license so nobody can use that license. I need to fill it with a different person.

We feel that the licensing fees are a bit on the higher side. If there is a scope for reductions, it would be very welcome. The price could always be reduced.

Its licensing model is good. There is a one-off payment for the software license, and after that, you only need to pay the annual maintenance fee. Compared to other cloud-based systems, this cost model is quite reasonable for SMEs.

We compared the Microsoft solution with Oracle NetSuite, as they have a price decrease. It is, however, not that much cheaper, and the price is comparable to SAP.

The solution is less expensive than other solutions on the market. It's reasonably priced. There are four main costs. That includes setup, maintenance, and support, for example. Costs vary according to if the setup is handled by the company or by a partner.

Pricing is acceptable, and it is one of the lower-cost solutions.
I rate the product pricing structure at around six out of ten due to currency fluctuations posing challenges.
If the client's budget is low, they go for SAP Business One. If their budget is high, they go for other products.
It's not cheap but offers good value, particularly for medium-sized enterprises. We suggest a minimum budget of around 30,000 dollars.
On a scale from one to ten, where one is expensive and ten is cheap, I rate the solution's pricing a seven out of ten.

It is my understanding that we pay for a perpetual license. You just pay for it once and then handle maintenance. It is not too expensive.
I rate the solution's pricing a six or seven out of ten since it is expensive.
I would rate the cost of licensing SAP Business One a six out of ten, with one being low-priced and ten being very expensive.
I rate the price of SAP Business One a seven out of ten.
The price depends on your use case. We have to pay extra for a third-party HR solution because SAP doesn't have that.

Business One's prices are really high, with a one-time cost of around one lakh.
The pricing is pretty good. We did not find it to be too expensive.

If you are in the US or Canadian the costs of SAP Business One could vary per license, it can be anywhere between $2,000 tor $5,000.
SAP Business One is a cost-effective solution.
We recently acquired the license, so we are using the latest version. I do not have the information in my possession concerning the licensing costs.
If I'm not wrong, we are paying around $4,000 monthly for everything - licensing and cloud.
The price of SAP Business One is reasonable.

We are on a perpetual license for SAP Business One and the price it should be less expensive when comparing it to other solutions.
Its price is reasonable. We have about 200 licenses. We have to pay every year for the license.

In terms of price, it's fair, but the problem is with AMC. We are not using any AMC support but we are still paying it.
The cost of licensing this solution is very fair.
I think the price of Business One is reasonable considering the functionality.
