We were an end-user of the product and then became a partner. The solution was acquired by ServiceNow. To work with the solution, we need to install the studio. However, it will be connected to the cloud. It's a Windows app that is connected to the cloud. I would have recommended the solution to others. However, as ServiceNow has acquired them, I've left the solution, and I am switching to other RPA tools. I'm not sure what ServiceNow will do with the product now that they have taken ownership. If a client is already a ServiceNow customer, I'd still recommend it. If they are not, I'd recommend they try something else. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
