Technical support is not the greatest. L1 support works exclusively by script, sometimes not even looking at the case to see that the info they subsequently request is already included in the initial info provided when the case was opened.

There should be improvements in the analysis between internal zones, such as internal to DMZ or guest to DMZ. These scenarios should be considered critical and enhancements should be made, even if the risk score is set high. Improvements are also needed in the area of PCI, specifically the PCI controller.
