If you are specific, you'll be able to go straight through to the correct level of support.
They provide extra support for partners and they provide us with great reports.
Technical support is not the greatest. L1 support works exclusively by script, sometimes not even looking at the case to see that the info they subsequently request is already included in the initial info provided when the case was opened.
The tech support I've encountered has been good, prompt, and fast.

Room For Improvement

Sentiment score
4.6
Fortinet FortiGate Cloud needs better integration, usability, security, performance reliability, and reduced costs as highlighted by user challenges.
Sentiment score
4.4
Panorama needs better pricing, usability, integration, intuitive design, and performance enhancements, plus improved analytics, support, and monitoring.
We need some integration or communication between the endpoint and the firewall.
We want to consolidate all our firewalls into one portal so we can monitor all the activities from all the firewalls.
There's a need to improve or invest more in an application that can follow users wherever they go.
The integration between Strata Cloud Manager and Panorama could be enhanced to allow customers to stay on Panorama for many years while still utilizing Strata Cloud Manager for deployment.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is praised for scalability and integration but may require hardware upgrades for extensive scaling.
Sentiment score
7.8
Palo Alto Networks Panorama is highly scalable, effectively managing large networks, suitable for medium to large enterprises despite hardware needs.
The limitation is on the hardware, which will eventually have to go once installation becomes completely virtual.
I have clients that range from 50 users up to 16,000 on this product.
If we needed to expand it, I have no doubt it would be relatively easy.
Scalability is primarily enhanced by Strata Cloud Manager as it is much easier to scale in the cloud than in an on-premises installation.

Sentiment score
8.0
