Room For Improvement

Amazon QuickSight needs improvements in cost, integration, user-friendliness, features, and compatibility for enhanced competitiveness and usability.
MicroStrategy needs better dashboards, simpler tools, improved support, flexible layouts, easier customization, and cost-effective options.
Tableau requires improvements in data handling, integration, affordability, enterprise features, and advanced analytics to enhance user experience.
MicroStrategy could learn from Power BI's user-friendly interface.
When I want to use or present something in a certain way, it's hard to locate the necessary features.
It sometimes requires extensive investigation to determine why the data does not appear correctly.
The product owner should enhance its benefits or clarify its role.

Amazon QuickSight offers variable cost-effective pricing, requiring careful configuration to manage usage expenses compared to competitors like Power BI.
MicroStrategy's high upfront costs offer licensing flexibility; evaluate needs, negotiate discounts, and explore cost-saving for better scalability.

It is not expensive, but it is also not cheap.
Power BI as a much cheaper alternative.
Tableau is rated an eight because it is pretty expensive compared to alternatives like Power BI.
I think Tableau is expensive compared to TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise licensing and Microsoft's Azure and Power Platform.

Has seamless data filtering and visualization for client satisfaction
One area for improvement is the cost, as it's a bit expensive. The caching mechanism also charges too much if I need to cache any data. Sometimes it takes time to display data, suggesting a need for enhancement in data visualization speed. Additionally, the role-level security is challenging to implement, and it could be improved to allow access control per department more easily.

Experience has shown effective features for analysis, but needs interface improvements
The most effective features of MicroStrategy for data analysis are those that cater to user needs. However, I find Power BI to be more useful when comparing some features, but my company does not choose Power BI due to certain code restrictions. The MicroStrategy interface is not as good as Power BI, especially concerning the user-friendly aspects.

Real-time data connection enhances workflow and decision-making process
An area for improvement in Tableau is the Explorer license type. It is not as useful, and the product owner should enhance its benefits or clarify its role. Additionally, the frequent updates with many versions available for download can be confusing and could affect stability. They should avoid providing access to older versions on their website.
