They move so fast that there's a new release almost every week. Probably the biggest benefit that I've seen in terms of support from Axonius is that they don't charge you to improve their application. You can easily request new features. For example, if there's data that I'm not seeing or if I want a new feature in the tool, it really is just as simple as putting a request in and speaking to your technical account manager. Depending on the complexity, it can be in there in a matter of weeks. It's hard to say what is lacking as it continues to grow and allow you to put in new requests. If you need something, they don't charge you for it, and they can make the change in a hurry. It's all a part of their support contract.
