Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. It stands out as an antivirus and malware protection solution due to its extensive feeds and resources for antivirus signatures. These capabilities enable effective malware protection. Additionally, it offers scalability as any endpoint added to Active Directory can be easily integrated by Kaspersky Security Center. Its straightforward deployment and ease of management are other valuable features. Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"You can analyze any incident or malicious behavior. You can take action from within the EDR, and it can assist you in understanding how the attack was initiated or any malicious behavior in your environment."
"It efficiently investigates security incidents."
"The best feature for our customers is the ransomware feature. It is very fresh and powerful. Bitdefender also has a feature called Ransomware Vaccine. With this feature, when a file from the ransomware is encrypted Bitdefender can revert it back to the original file. It automatically decrypts the file and puts the ransom in quarantine."
"After deploying Bitdefender, it provides detailed logs about any threats encountered and quarantines the threat. It synchronizes this information, and you can see which PC or device faced the threat when you log into the console."
"I have access to it from anywhere."
"I like that you can manage all the time and you can uninstall and install everything via the web console."
"The performance is great."
"The most valuable features are the anti-malware and firewall policies. The runtime scans and execution have been beneficial to our business."
"First of all, I like that it's perfect against malware threats and behavior analysis along with signature analysis. That's the key point for me."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface."
"We swtiched to Kaspersky Endpoint Security because we found our previous solution did not meet our requirements."
"We use the solution for endpoint protection, virus detection, and centralized administration."
"Especially the firewalling, I found useful, as you can control the applications and services on a granular level to tell them where they have access to or not."
"The solution is user-friendly and the dashboard is good."
"The price per endpoint is excellent."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface."

Cons

"Bitdefender GravityZone EDR doesn't have an official office in Saudi Arabia, which is important if the vendor wants to gain or be closer to their customers."
"In terms of improvement of the solution, it could have better features. For example, having a firewall within. This way we would only need one solution."
"They were working on the encryption management for laptops, and if they complete it then it would be helpful."
"In the future, maybe this will need to morph into AI threat intelligence."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra should include more advanced features than their competitors in the market for the auto-detection of viruses and threats within the environment."
"I have not had used the EDR portion of the solution to do any custom scripting to allow further advanced operations on the endpoints. From what I understand from reading the comments on reviews is that it is not particularly flexible in this regard."
"The one thing that we are missing and want to see is user analytics. So, that is what I'm really interested in: behavior analytics and end user behavior."
"Other solutions are cheaper than GravityZone."
"I've had some problems with the web interface. For example, when I was running a trace, it's difficult to find this function, but I can see it when I go on the server. So, if I want to implement the EDR functions on the web interface, it's very difficult because the command button or the link doesn't appear."
"It would be ideal with the solution offered more documentation."
"I think it would be good for them to consider and cloud integration capabilities."
"It is expensive, it could be cheaper, so I think the solution's pricing could be better."
"The GUI of the product is too basic, making it an area where improvements are required."
"The reporting portion of the solution is quite weak."
"When it comes to handling the expiration of licenses, the solution should give a company more time to set up a renewal. It happens too abruptly right now."
"The threat intelligence features are not up to date."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There are different packages available that vary in terms of licensing fees."
"I rate the product's price a four on a scale of one to ten, where one is low, and ten is high."

"It has a suitable price for every company and organization."
"If you look at the solution's price point, it's actually low market value, especially in comparison to other ones."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Ultra is less expensive than other solutions, such as CrowdStrike. We had a really good deal because it was their year-end and they were trying to do a lot of sales that week. We bought a three-year contract from them and the cost was approximately $17 per endpoint, per year. It is was a very good price. I have spoken to other people who have purchased CrowdStrike at approximately $60 per endpoint, per year. I have no complaints about the price of this solution."
"The price is per license per endpoint. The price is different for everyone, but we find the price is cheap for us."
"The product has a reasonable price."
"I would rate the tool's pricing a six out of ten. You need to pay extra costs for additional modules. The product's licensing costs are yearly."
"It is a cost-effective endpoint security service."

"I received a very good deal with Kaspersky."
"The solution is available at a highly affordable price"
"This solution is priced lower than some of its competitors. The support from Kaspersky is purchased separately."
