Allows you to upload and download files quickly but lacks integration with Office 365
For enterprise users, the data is in a local repository. We use it for files for the end user process. This is a cloud solution. In my current organization, we have over 10,000 people using this solution. I use it very extensively. Users these days are working remotely You can upload your bin,…

Used by our agile teams instead of email to track impediments.
Stream activity could be better organized. Activities or content you are following will either be emailed to you or you follow in a stream. This is the largest issue to overcome for new people using the solution. When using email they receive way too many and it becomes noise. If they use streams, it's yet another thing to check along with email, IM, etc.

"Improvements in speed - Box's high level of security impacts performance, especially when compared with other similar services."
"In future releases, there could be encryption, to have better security."
"Data privacy, regarding where to store your data: Offering several transparent(!) options (where to store my data and whether to sync back or not and where to sync) regarding the local law situations (USA, EU, Switzerland!) would increase the credibility of a US based company (after NSA ‘snooping’)."
"They could integrate better with other platforms."
"The upload speed needs improvement."
"It could be cheaper."
"I find their API to be quite complex and it could be more straightforward."
"The search engine could be improved and also provide some kind of indexing."
