"The biggest implementation my team has done for Fortinet FortiMail was for more than five thousand people, and the most valuable feature was its anti-spam feature."
"FortiMail is extremely flexible and very easy to learn. Compared to other email security products that we've tried, it is mainly the ease of configuration that makes FortiMail valuable to us."
"The antiphishing capabilities are very good."
"It actually filters the compromised emails when on a network layer itself."
"They have a feature called CDR, Content Disarm, Reconstruction, click protection, and DLP for encryption purposes."
"The most valuable features of this solution are anti-spam, sender reputation, and antivirus."
"The product's initial setup phase was very easy."
"Fortinet FortiMail is a complete product addressing mail security concerns. It helps to know spam subscriptions and create restriction policies."
"They have moved features from one console to another. Things have been moved around in the interface and it takes me time to find where certain features are."
"Configuration requires going to a lot of places rather than just accessing one tab."
"It would be better if it were more scalable. It depends on the architecture, but we would like to make it more scalable for both data centers."
"In some situations, it has not been able to pick impersonated emails having no attachments. Technical support definitely has a scope for improvement."
"Microsoft wants its well-paying customers to finish testing some of its half-baked products, find bugs, and report bugs back to Microsoft's team, which is a little frustrating for those who have to manage it and roll it up to thousands of people across the organization."
"The only thing they should improve is the licensing model. They should stop changing it. A year ago, the five features I mentioned were included in one product. Now, three of them are bundled into one product, and you have to pay extra for the other two. I don't mind paying extra, but I don't want them to change it every year or every six months. I need to know what I'm looking at and not worry about it next year."
"We are always looking for others tools to increase automation on tasks. There can be better integration with other solutions, such as PowerPoint and email."
"We need a separate license and we don't know how to get the license that is required."
"It would be useful to have more logs and in aggregate mode, perhaps through a specific report, that can be more easily used for troubleshooting."
"Installation time could be improved as it takes too long to install."
"The high-end protection of email servers from any advanced foreign agents and malware is not 100% there currently."
"One thing which annoys me with the Check Point Anti-Spam and Email Security Software Blade is its customer support portal which still lags in service even after so many developments."
"The technical team could improve services by ensuring when there are changes they inform enterprise users of effective upgrades."
"The solution's technical support is an area with shortcomings that need to be improved for the better."
"It does not provide for standalone configuration on the security gateway. Instead, you need to have a management server/smart console for managing it."
"Recognizing spammers and spam email sourcing is extremely lagging these days, and the performance could be improved to provide better efficiency."

"The tool needs to improve its pricing policy. Also, it needs to be more user-friendly. I would want it to improve email security as well."
"What's missing in Fortinet FortiMail is some sandbox information for some of the emails. It's probably configuration-based, where it could be configured on some emails. For example, there was malware in some emails that weren't detected in some of the Fortinet FortiMail sessions, but it should have been configured from my company's end to better catch scam emails, but overall, the solution is okay. At the moment, my company is okay with the current Fortinet FortiMail offerings, but in the past, because of a lack of understanding, my team wasn't able to quickly implement the geographical IP blocking feature. It was time-consuming to implement that feature, but that wasn't a fault of Fortinet FortiMail. The issue was from my team's end, but just by emailing the support team, that issue was resolved, so right now, there isn't any additional feature I'd like added to Fortinet FortiMail."
"I would like it if the solution could be more affordable."
"The product's cybersecurity features could be better."
"The sandboxing features are not well done in Fortinet FortiMail, making it an area of improvement."
"I think they need to look into it and improve their signatures. This will help with blocking incoming spam emails."
"The solution could be improved by providing a virtual machine facility with a complete set of options in the VM setup."
"The solution could improve by making the UI more user-friendly and increasing spam and threat detection capabilities."
