Frees up employee time but can't run when computer system is locked
Something that could be improved is that this solution can't run when the computer is locked, which meant we had to implement it in our own on-prem server as it never auto-locks. It would be better if, when we have scheduled a scenario, it would log into the system automatically.

Enhance task automation through efficient processing of email and document workflows
WorkFusion works well with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, allowing for efficient processing of multiple emails at once. Code automation is robust, enabling processing of multiple emails in a single transaction. It also supports reusable code components through Java, making it efficient for developers. WorkFusion has clear documentation that facilitates training.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"NTT-AT WinActor has allowed our employees to focus on other things rather than the repetitive tasks that can now be given to the robot."
"This software is very smart - it can decide from a picture if we like that condition, and then the robot will do that action."
"The tool's most valuable feature is data import. The OCR feature helps to recognize the data. It can recognize screen and document numbers well."
"A helpful feature is the analytics capability within WorkFusion. The analytics dashboards, i.e., their Tableau dashboards, are really helpful for building a business activity monitoring layer. These are very visible to senior management and stakeholders, who can see and know what is happening within processes. They can see what benefits are getting delivered as processes, either ;daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. It is easy for stakeholders or senior management to understand the value for the money that they are spending."
"From a business point of view, we have accomplished what we wanted to."
"The tool itself is easy. I started using it without really having any coding experience... After just a few clicks, it was doing reconciliations for me."
"The solution is stable, we have not had any glitches or problems."
"The automations that we built are massively important to us."
"The platform remains stable with well-designed processes, despite being a complex and technical tool."
"WorkFusion's RPA Express's ability to scale across multiple geographies with limited impact on additional IT Hardware requirements has enabled the scaling of Robotics capabilities and solutions across all our entities."
"The Control Tower enables us to create and use workflows. It helps us run processes. There are a lot of small features, but the Control Tower is a very good feature, wherein we can create bots and schedule them as well as create different instances of them to run in different regions."

Cons

"Something that could be improved is that this solution can't run when the computer is locked, which meant we had to implement it in our own on-prem server as it never auto-locks."
"Something that could be improved is that this solution can't run when the computer is locked, which meant we had to implement it in our own on-prem server as it never auto-locks."
"The OCR has issues recognizing handwritten data."
"The solution is not user-friendly, this is something they should improve."
"I would not recommend this product for large automation projects because it gave us problems in terms of space and the speed at which it was executing."
"We have executed our robots thousands of times in our enterprise environment. However, in an enterprise environment, WorkFusion has performance problems. It is slow in production."
"Currently, I would rate their pricing around two, as WorkFusion's cloud version seems costly compared to others."
"Stability can be improved, especially when it comes to memory."
"I would like WorkFusion to improve the automation rate when evaluating unstructured text."
"There could be better version control through their web platform. That is something that could be improved on. Integration from the IDE, e.g., from WorkFusion Studio directly into Control Tower, would be nice to have too."
"Sometimes, when we report an issue such as a possible bug in the WorkFusion platform, and we need answers or a solution, we think WorkFusion can do better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We pay yearly for the agent who runs the processes, plus an additional fee for maintenance costs."
"My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
"Find it online."
"The pricing is fair because WorkFusion's out-of-the-box solution is appealing."
"We have a good deal from WorkFusion. We have an unlimited global licensing deal with WorkFusion. For us, it is a no-worry solution. We can go ahead and use it as much as possible anywhere we need it. If WorkFusion has a different kind of a deal for licensing with others, then their business decisions need to be evaluated based on that."
"We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
"It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
"The overall cost could come down a bit in terms of maintaining the servers. Because it can handle complicated things in big use cases, the infrastructure is also correspondingly big. It would be nice to bring that cost down."
"They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
