Unlike other conferencing services, we've never had any issues with not being able to dial-in or sudden drop-outs when using GlobalMeet Audio.
Customer Service: I have rarely had to work with customer service because the product has been reliable. However, based on the type of marketing emails and overall professionalism I've received while working with our account manager I believe their customer service would be responsive and helpful as well. Technical Support: I don't recall ever needing to work with technical support because the product has been reliable. When we've had minor technical questions we've reached out to our account manager and they have been able to quickly respond. If there were any more advanced questions I believe they would escalate our issues to their technical support team but that has not occurred to date.

Used to conduct online third-party client meetings or third-party vendor meetings
The solution's video conferencing quality is good, and I rate it a nine out of ten. The solution's security features are end-to-end encrypted, and I rate them ten out of ten. The version we're using requires no technical team for deployment and maintenance. The solution has an enterprise version, but we're not currently using it. I would recommend the solution to other users because it has good video conference quality. I mostly leverage the solution for third-party client meetings or third-party vendor meetings. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Pros

"I like Webex because it is easy to work with."
"Webex offers a wide range of useful features."
"The most valuable features of the solution revolve around stability and performance."
"Webex is a reliable solution and has good video quality."
"Webex has one-click calling, which makes things easier. You click, and it automatically dials in to the meetings without pressing additional buttons. It's easy for people who aren't on WebEx. That was helpful."
"The product's initial setup phase is very straightforward."
"The product's most valuable feature is its ability to integrate with multiple products."

Cons

"The tool is slow in updating changes. It also has a poor dashboard operating system."
"There could be more some AI-related features."
"My biggest issue with the solution involves its price, which I find to be prohibitive for small governments and modest-sized schools."
"Price is a little high."
"It would be great if they had a directory that you could consult for the meeting dial-in numbers."
"It should be more integrated with third-party vendors."
"Webex could be improved by having a password-protected system. I don't remember there being any passwords for the meetings, but, presently, Zoom has meeting protection."
"I think it's very inconvenient to have to enter my email address all the time just to be a visitor."
"Zoom entered into the commercial space for end-users. It's more of a solution for single users for training classes or music centers and all that. Cisco is not in that space."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is expensive. I would rate the product's pricing an eight out of ten and it is yearly."
"Webex is very expensive."
"Webex is expensive, especially compared to Zoom or Google."

"The charges attached to the subscriptions of the product are okay. There are no extra charges to be paid in addition to the standard licensing fees."
"I believe the license to be monthly."
"The price should be improved significantly."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a six out of ten."
"My organization took care of the licensing. I'm guessing they did some subscription cycle, but I used the free version."
