A stable and scalable solution that has excellent features and is useful for collecting data and building KPIs
I use the solution to collect data to build KPIs. We promote and foster the usage of workflows in the company We use the data to compare and review situations, propose improvements, and promote action items. SPM and ITSM features are the most helpful. The product’s standard user experience is…

The solution provides accessible and high functionality at a competitive price point
When working on an application or solution, the main part is the functionality instead of the look and feel. You could customize the look and feel, but the normal public uses a higher user interface, a rich extra interface. Zoho Creator does not support that because the solution is used for its functionality based on your core businesses and core values, but they will launch that, and it is already available in CRM. Today, they are extending their feature set. Though the pricing level is low compared to other products in the market, I suggest they allow portal users to pay for the solution based on their requirements. It is cheap, about $1.1, but it would be better to lower the number for those who just maintain the data instead of using Excel sheets because that will be much easier. Some don't have the budget for features like that cloud. This is a feature they have already provided free of cost for one user, but if someone wants ten or five users, a lower price would be better.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It provides internal clients with greater transparency about their projects and deliverables."
"ServiceNow offers a range of ITSM, IT incident management, and PRCPs."
"For change management, I find the CAB workbench very useful. I haven't seen any other solution that has a CAB workbench or advanced automated solutions for a change advisory board. ServiceNow also has the Workflow Engine which works very well and is very intuitive."
"ServiceNow provides quite good insights about what is happening in the organization."
"It has an excellent capability to integrate different access points."
"I have found many features that are important and that are easier when compared to Remedy; for example, the Scripted REST APIs and the Flow Designer... The Client scripts are simpler when you compare with Remedy."
"Straightforward tool."
"I think ServiceNow is highly stable. These kinds of tools are used in a big company, and I haven't seen any issues in terms of the core platform."
"Can access information from other Zoho packages and you can write custom scripts."
"Zoho Creator is a flexible and powerful solution. I like the tool's advanced modification feature which helps to modify its layout and setup scripts."
"The most important thing is Zoho Creator's functionality. Other cloud platforms cannot provide its functionality."
"It has a simple user interface, not so difficult to use. You can add AI models, integration, and third-party connections."
"Zoho Creator is a low-code platform that is easy to use and manage other resources. It stands out because of its modular platform approach. It offers an ERP system with the flexibility to create various applications like service applications, customer portals, and more. It's particularly useful if you already have an ERP system and want to extend its functionality with applications for customer portals, e-commerce, or internal processes such as HR approvals and inventory management. The platform simplifies workflow creation."
"While using Zoho Creator, we can establish alternative interfaces to connect with Zoho applications. This enables us to run desired automation and workflows without exhausting the API limits."
"It is a very, very scalable tool."
"The deployment process is quite straightforward."

Cons

"Where it could be improved is Discovery. This may sound odd since I just praised the value of ServiceNow Discovery, but improvements to its automatic detection, the breadth of devices, and the depth of devices covered, as well as keeping up with new technologies, are all essential."
"Data access is a bit difficult, where you sometimes wish you had a relational database for some queries. The flexibility of data access in general is a bit on the low end. Of course, there is flexibility in some ways, but when I need a certain combination of data for some report, it can become a challenge."
"Performance could be improved."
"It's too complicated and there are too many options."
"The solution’s pricing is expensive and could be improved."
"The ability to embed help information onto the screens."
"It's not user-friendly by default, but it can be customized to be customer-friendly."
"The technical support SLA can be improved because sometimes they take a long time to answer our queries."
"They still don't have a PDF conversion feature."
"Though the pricing level is low compared to other products in the market, I suggest they allow portal users to pay for the solution based on their requirements."
"The UI must be improved."
"We are looking for a single portal across all Zoho apps."
"Zoho Creator's UX design needs to be improved."
"I would rate the scalability a seven out of ten. So some room for improvement as well for scalability."
"The platform's technical support services need improvement."
"Could have more pre-built integrations for pulling data from the wider Zoho ecosystem as well as other systems."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"This is a pretty expensive product, so the licensing could be better."
"It is very expensive because it is a big organization. You have to pay for additional things."
"The licenses are expensive."
"The first impact for the customer is that it is expensive, but do not forget that it is a solution that includes infrastructure; a single cost, easy to justify."
"ServiceNow is a leader and its pricing is quite good, quite competitive... Sometimes some plugins are not priced reasonably but, generally, the platform itself, its modules, are priced reasonably."
"$230 per user."
"They could be more competitive with their licensing."
"There are licensing fees."
"The tool's pricing is flexible."
"Zoho Creator is the cheapest option in the market right now that can deliver this level of quality."
"The plan provided is presented on a monthly basis, giving an idea of the cost each month. However, the actual cost is calculated and charged on a yearly or annual basis. The cost is displayed in a detailed manner, breaking down the amount charged annually, and presenting it in a monthly format."
"I rate the solution an eight out of ten for pricing since it is really cheap."
"Zoho Creator's pricing is fine. It's subscription-based."
"Zoho Creator's price is reasonable compared to other vendors."
"The tool has three plans and one of them costs 50 dollars per month."
"Zoho Creator started at 800 rupees, about $10 per month."
