The solution provides endpoint detection and response with a nice-looking dashboard
The solution is easily scalable because it's in the cloud and we can push the agents using our Cafea solution. We can even deploy the applications to our remote branches easily. We currently have four people using the solution and if the number of computers increases we can scale up by increasing the number of licenses.
Harel Cohen - PeerSpot reviewer
Offers excellent endpoint protection and great stability
Technically speaking, the customer support is okay, but the responsiveness needs to be improved. I'm referring to the universal support, as the Israeli staff are excellent and always willing to help. However, opening a case and entering into a back-and-forth with emails takes too much time. It should be working more quickly and smoothly.

Pros

"The solution is useful for security purposes."
"So easy to deploy and use that you really don't even need their technical support."
"It's very light on the endpoints."
"Sophos EPP Suite stands out with its user-friendly dashboard and strong web filtering features for enhanced online security."
"It's easy to deploy."
"It is a stable solution. I would rate the stability a ten out of ten."
"Provides good control and can implement policies and on-the-web control."
"The product interacts well with other Sophos products we have."
"Aside from the basic antivirus features, there are additional features such as vulnerability protection, firewall, etc. which are helpful."
"The solution has a low footprint and does not have a lot of impact on the host."
"Deep Security's most valuable features are antivirus and host intrusion detection."
"DLP, Data Loss Prevention, and the complexity of how we manage the console and how this client, or this tool, will notify us when there is something going wrong within the server and endpoint, is good."
"It helps us detect and protect against network penetrations at the specific point of intrusion."
"In addition to providing our clients a view of what's happening in their data centers, it also does virtual patching in the data center. It enhances the security in the data center big time."
"Their support is good. They are responsive, which is nice."
"It serves its purpose and works well."

Cons

"We have to use additional third-party solutions to fill the gaps in the capabilities of Sophos EPP Suite, such as using a mobility scanner. It would be helpful to add this feature."
"More integration options could be included in Sophos EPP Suite."
"The user interface is not responsive."
"With Sophos EPP Suite, inventory cannot be checked, and external applications cannot be installed."
"Sophos does not currently inform users of potential compatability issues with Windows updates."
"Configuring notifications is lagging a bit behind the curve as the product should be able to direct exactly where any notification type is sent."
"If we could bypass the first couple of levels of support when we have a problem then it would be easier and quicker when we need an issue resolved."
"I would like to have more logging features to help more deeply analyze traffic."
"The client can show as offline sometimes, and that becomes a bit difficult for troubleshooting. We end up basically redeploying the client. This is something that could be improved in the future."
"Trend Micro's technical support sometimes takes too long to respond, although they respond quickly at other times."
"The implementation can be inflexible and not easy, as it requires knowledge of things like virtualization and administration on Windows."
"I would like to see better pricing. The pricing could be lower."
"It would be better if they merge a few features into one product. For example, they have an encryption feature that is separately sold. If they could merge it with Apex One or any endpoint security solution, maybe it would also be good for the end user."
"We have had some issues when it drains some of the resources of the server."
"The solution's reports should include more details of events like device control, live health status of the server, and inventory management."
"New patterns need improvement, as some new data access points are challenging to investigate and allow entry without detection."
