We primarily use Kaspersky as our antivirus solution. It covers endpoint protection and endpoint compliance, as well.

This product is easy to use.

It slows down the system sometimes, and it has the occasional false positive where it deems something a virus when it isn't. That said, it's not bad.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security for the past 12 months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I have not seen any bugs or glitches in the time that I have used it.

How are customer service and technical support?

When I need help, I contact them. Technical support has always been helpful and we have had no issues with them at all.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We are a solution provider, and most of our clients use Symantec as their antivirus solution.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

Our in-house team deployed it and didn't require any help.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Kaspersky is priced well. I would say that the prices are relatively cheap.

What other advice do I have?

This is a product that we like, and use it as-is. We wouldn't want to change anything on it.

I have been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for approximately six years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We are having some stability issues but we have been using the solution for a long time and we have not had any issues until now. Once this issue is fixed we expect it to work well in the future.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have approximately 90 people using the solution in my organization.

How are customer service and support?

We have had some issues with the solution and we have contacted support and they have resolved them.

How was the initial setup?

The installation takes half an hour to complete.

What about the implementation team?

I did the implementation of the solution and we have five engineers that handle the maintenance.

There is an annual license required to use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business.

I like that we can use it across all the platforms like PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and all systems for protection. I also like that we can use it for different cloud sessions and different unified systems. 

It's available on all the vulnerability assessments including, web filtering, email filtering, test protection, anomaly control, and management. There are more than enough benefits available on Kaspersky.

It would be better if it were more secure and stable. I would also like to see more powerful features in the next release.

Technical support is available, and they support all the options.

We used different solutions like BullGuard Antivirus and Avira Antivirus before using Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

The initial setup and installation is straightforward and didn't take too much time. It's a one-time activity that you can do on all the PCs, all the systems, and the servers. A single technical person can deploy, maintain, and take care of all the other activities. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We pay a yearly annual subscription for this product.

What other advice do I have?

I will definitely recommend this product to potential users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Kaspersky Endpoint Security a seven.

We have been using a yearly subscription and feel that pricing could be better. Perhaps, discounts could be given, during the renewal process, to those who have been customers for some time.

It's very simple to use.

The stability could be better.

In the next release, I would like to see mobile management and better pricing.

This solution is stable but it freezes when we combine the database and the application on the same server.

Endpoint antivirus and malware protection for mobile users and their laptop computers. We have experimented with mobile devices, but have not needed to establish corporate protections on mobiles until recently.

How has it helped my organization?

Kaspersky has proven to offer very good protection to all our PC users. We also have it installed on our Mac clients and it is performing well.

What is most valuable?

Kaspersky Enterprise solution's combined protections have helped to block a lot of malware which would have caused a lot of interruptions in our operations.

What needs improvement?

The solution is very draining on the computers at certain moments in its operation, excluding the scanning periods that make the computer unusable until finished. It is a balance between economic protection and client machine performance to our users. Most of the time, it is an excellent solution.

It has improved my organization because the admin tools are easy to use.

The admin tools are the most valuable feature because they are easy to use.

It allows for a solid form of risk management as well as a measure of remote device management. It is very hands off, which I appreciate.

Utilizing the CPU usages during the scan process needs to be improved.

One to three years.

How are customer service and technical support?

The customer service is solid. I have never had a problem getting through to someone. They have always been able to help me with any problems or questions.

  • The user interface is easy to maintain once it is setup.
  • The Client is very low-resource. Some of the systems that I have deployed it on are older, and it does not eat up a lot of system resources.
