We are a reseller and OutSystems is one of the products that we provide to our customers.

What is most valuable?

OutSystems allows you to do things really quickly.

This product requires very little maintenance, and it is easy to do as compared to traditional programming solutions.

What needs improvement?

The prices should be lower. It is a little bit too high for a small market.

For how long have I used the solution?

I began working with OutSystems in 2014.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of this product has been incredible. I would rate it a ten out of ten in this aspect.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We are in a small country and although this is a scalable product, that is not usually an issue for us.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support is perfect.

I would rate the technical support a ten out of ten.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing is an area that needs to be improved.

The subscription is billed on a yearly basis.

What other advice do I have?

This is a product that I recommend for anybody who is digitalizing things. It's an incredible tool and you can do things very quickly. Certainly, you should look into it if you are going to implement any kind of application. Whether it is field service, internal applications, external websites, or something else that is related to the digitalization of processes, and where you have to interact with many systems for integration purposes, this is a good tool.

I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.

It is a stable solution, and the initial setup is straightforward.

What needs improvement?

I think the resource ecosystem could be improved. There are not enough resources on the market.

Multiple LDEV support would be great to have in the next release.

I've been using OutSystems for three months.

It has been stable so far.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It looks as though it will be a scalable solution.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward.

What other advice do I have?

I would suggest that you go for at least five or six environments. Typically, they provide three environments, and I think you should go for more, perhaps. six environments by default.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate OutSystems at eight.

    What is our primary use case?

    I use OutSystems to develop web applications. OutSystems is a low-code platform that lets you visually develop your entire application, easily integrate with existing systems, and add your own custom code when you need it.

    How has it helped my organization?

    With OutSystems, we can build our application faster, and we have releases every two weeks.

    What is most valuable?

    All the features for developing web applications are valuable to me.

    What needs improvement?

    The integration Studio could be improved. It needs a tool in which we could develop C# code and then integrate into OutSystems. The application could have a better UI.

    More than five years.

    What other advice do I have?

    I rate it a 10 out of 10. It is fantastic how fast we can build an application. We have a lot of users and the community is growing.
