Slack helps us keep the conversation focused and avoid multiple threads that create more confusion. I would say that has been the biggest advantage for us.

One thing I like about Slack is the ability to change the color of Slack. It depends on my mood. When I'm having a bright day, I just change the background color of my Slack, which is nice.

Slack offers several valuable features. Firstly, they have a message deletion feature, which is now available in other software as well, but Slack was the one who introduced it in enterprise solutions.

You can create channels between teams internally and externally, which is great. There is a lot of security with Slack internal, which is what I value.

In managing releases via Slack channels, one major advantage over Teams is the ability to have threaded discussions, which helps in catching up on relevant discussions without the distraction of interleaved conversations.

For me, the only thing I can say is that every time somebody sent me an attachment, the attachment was listed somewhere, and then I had to open the conversation and go to the individual to open it. So there is no handy repository or an easy way to quickly look at attachments. For me, that was a bit difficult.

Slack is not as strong as competitors like Teams when it comes to things like video meetings and audio meetings.

It would be highly advantageous if it could incorporate calendar information from sources like Outlook or Gmail, providing users not only with meeting schedules but also a comprehensive daily agenda view.

I would like to see a special feature for multiple people to collaborate on a document, working on it at the same time.

I would like to be able to do live streaming on Slack. Slack allows Slack huddle where you can do a group call, but it is not very well-designed. I'm not sure if it is going very well, but live streaming is one thing that I would definitely love to see. When you use Zoom, I like how you can run webinars. If we could do that through Slack, it would become an all-integrated platform. I would also like to be able to schedule meetings using Slack, similar to Zoom.
