What do I think about the stability of the solution?
This product is quite stable and there are no problems with it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is quite easy to scale, although we use it primarily for small shops. Our clients have between 200 and 300 users.
How are customer service and support?
Sophos has Italian-based support, so it is quite easy to deal with them. They are very easy to get along with.
How was the initial setup?
I have not been involved in the setup process. Rather, I manage products that have already been installed.
What about the implementation team?
The installation is usually carried out by the end-users.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Sophos is cheaper than some competing products.
What other advice do I have?
In summary, this is a good product and I'm quite happy with it when it works. It is one that I can recommend.
