My experience is limited to Eloqua so I can only comment about that platform. Eloqua has a number of different modules that work great on standard applications but currently these modules are either not optimized for or supported by mobile OS's and browsers. This does not mean these modules don't function on mobile browsers but the rendering may suffer a bit due to lack of compatibility.
