My experience is limited to Eloqua so I can only comment about that platform. Eloqua has a number of different modules that work great on standard applications but currently these modules are either not optimized for or supported by mobile OS's and browsers. You can see a list of certified and supported browsers on Eloqua Topliners community pages. This does not mean these modules don't function on mobile browsers but the rendering may suffer a bit due to lack of compatibility.
