I'm not sure which version of the solution I've used. It's a cloud solution like DocuSign, so you tend to use the latest version. I am the consumer of the product. I've just used it as it was sent to me. I don't own the application itself. I would rate the solution nine out of ten. As a consumer, it was very easy to use.
I can recommend the solution to others. However, nowadays, there are free solutions that are available for e-signing. So, I think free solutions are available if you do not require something specific and just want a simple document while trying to save on costs. In short, one should explore first and then go with the solution. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
