Pricing for SPX MRP/MSP is under $400 per server (Single VM) with a 1-year subscription. After discounts, it could decrease by 20%-30%, and opting for a 3/5/10 server pack may offer even better (lower) pricing.
The price is similar for this SMB business but offers various contract options. So, the client can choose the best way to make a contract, whether it's a cloud solution or an on-premises solution based on workloads or processors.

It is a bit pricey, considering the reliability problems. If the tool worked flawlessly, the price would be fair, even cheap. However, pricing here in Brazil is similar to tools like Veeam. So, considering the issues we face, the price difference doesn't justify using Arcserve. In my opinion, it's in the mid-to-high price range.
I rate the product’s pricing a six out of ten. The solution is not very expensive, but it is not cheap. Commvault and Veritas are more expensive. Arcserve UDP is moderately priced.
The tool’s pricing is on the higher side. However, from the system integration and services point of view, the customers are not bothered by the pricing. The backup recovery market is very, very competitive. It's a mature market, though it is going very well. Customers compare any product’s pricing to Veeam’s pricing. Veeam, being the leader, has pretty competitive pricing. The solution is very expensive. The market has more expensive tools like Rubrik, but Arcserve is also expensive. Our customers pay a yearly licensing fee. I rate the pricing a nine out of ten.

In comparison to other vendors, it is a low-cost solution. The licensing cost is easily adjustable based on the number of computers subscribing to the solution.
I don't pay monthly. I purchase the solution outright and use it until the license is done. I get my money's worth. It is approximately $400 to purchase a virtual service outright.

Arcserve UDP is approximately twenty percent cheaper than some competitors. This cost-effectiveness contributed to our decision to use it.
