It is more scalable so organizations of all sizes can use it. It is more secure, as it is hosted on Amazon's secure cloud infrastructure. SharePoint, on the other hand, offers the following advantages over Amazon WorkDocs: It has a wider range of features, such as workflow automation and business intelligence. It is more integrated with other Microsoft products like Office 365. It is more widely used, so more documentation and support are available. If you are looking for a simple and secure solution that is easy to use, Amazon WorkDocs could be the solution for you. Still, if you need a more powerful and feature-rich solution, SharePoint may be a better option.

A great collaboration service for small organizations
The synchronization should be simplified. Other solutions like Dropbox and OneDrive have apps. I tried using the mobile version, but it didn't work properly, that needs to be improved. It was cumbersome. It's a good solution for a small organization like ours, but it really depends on your use-cases and the size of your organization. I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app. It was challenging to even download it and once I did, I wasn't even able to log into my system. The mobile app needs to improved for easy use.

Amazon WorkDocs lets you integrate with your existing systems, and offers a rich API so that you can develop your own content-rich applications. Amazon WorkDocs is built on AWS, where your content is secured on the world's largest cloud infrastructure.

With Amazon WorkDocs, there are no upfront fees or commitments. You pay only for active user accounts, and the storage you use. Amazon WorkDocs provides a 30-day free trial with 1 TB of storage per user for up to 50 users.

SharePoint is a Microsoft-based platform for building web applications. It covers a widerange of capabilities and while it is appropriate for experienced webdevelopers, even non-technical minded users can easily navigate through thesystem and execute functions such as collaborating data, managing documents andfiles, creating websites, managing social networking solutions, and automatingworkflow.

Major areas that SharePoint deals with are websites,communities, content, search, insights, and composites. The purpose is to give usersthe ability to create or develop these key business components on their owneven without technical knowledge of, for example, how to build a website or howto integrate coding.
