A easy-to-use solution for onboarding and training that needs to let its users locate information easily
The most concerning point about these applications is that they offer cloud solutions, and everything goes and works well. But they are not committed or involved in the connection activity. We need to run those applications on the cloud. Since we are a company, We have a lot of information on on-premise platforms. So they are not responsible for building any connection, interconnection, or interface between those legacy systems. And most of the time, the company must consider the proposed plans in making the interfaces. And building the interfaces is something we need to do on our own, and it's separate from the solution. I rate this solution a seven out of ten.

I am generally satisfied with the talent management capabilities in Oracle HCM Cloud, but as I mentioned, there are certain pages that really lag sometimes and there are a lot of bugs in talent management. Before, when it had a responsive UI, it was fine, but after it switched to Redwood, I feel there are bugs, and the functionality stated in the documents is not accurate. It takes some time to get that feature, and we need to raise product SR or ask in the community how it works. It's not easily understandable, especially in the talent management area. One potential area of improvement for Oracle HCM Cloud is that it lags. It takes time to reflect the pages, and the loading time now requires us to wait for the page to load. Earlier, we used to click and see the page immediately. However, now we need to wait for it to get loaded, which can be frustrating when working in a fast mode.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The advantage of choosing Cornerstone HR Suite is that if a company does not have an existing tool and plans to adopt automation, then there is a chance to gain from implementing this solution."
"The flexibility and the fact that it covers all different HR modules are the most valuable aspects of Cornerstone, as it was organically built so all modules are integrated with the same way of managing the configuration, contextualization, availability, and reporting across all of the modules."
"Cornerstone is easy to use...Cornerstone is used for playing training courses and short videos based on company requirements."
"Business intelligence is integrated with the product and gives real-time information about employees and processes for managers, who can have their analysis delivered in any way (dashboards, table reports, analysis, charts, etc.) with no development cost."
"The most valuable features of Oracle HCM Cloud are the easy ability to customize the solution and applications. Additionally, the solution updates the solution"
"The feature I find most valuable in Oracle HCM Cloud is 'Journeys'. This feature is widely used across clients for onboarding, offboarding, and other automated tasks without manual intervention."
"We have not had any issues with the stability of this solution."
"Oracle HCM Cloud is scalable, and Oracle is spending a lot of effort in research and development to increase scalability and speed with the high demand for mobile usage, with approximately 30,000 users using this solution in my organization."
"It is a configurable, scalable solution."
"This solution has localized the payroll which is a good thing."
"The UI has helped us decrease the cost of training our users to use different aspects of the system, as it is very modern and has aspects that the users are familiar with from other sites, like Amazon or Apple, so the tool is very simple for them."

Cons

"The recruitment module can be improved and also the general reporting can be improved."
"We're using different tools like tracking systems, exploring workforce management, and also using payroll, which is another tool, so we need to know where exactly the information is present. This feature needs improvement in the next release."
"The solution's interface is really, really old and requires improvements...Cornerstone should use newer technologies to improve its UI, UX, and content."
"I rate this solution a three out of ten."
"The interfaces could be improved because when you're going into the landing page, the interfaces look a bit blunt when they could be more user-friendly."
"The solution has much room for improvement in all the modules and we are not wholly satisfied with it."
"The recruitment aspect is good, but it's new and it still needs some enhancements. In the future, we hope it will be similar to Taleo."
"Oracle HCM Cloud could improve in its integration with access control devices."
"From the feedback that I get, the functional side of the payroll could be improved."
"One of the challenges that we've discovered is that for some things like report modifications, whenever Oracle provides a new release, they will overlay certain customizations that you have, and then it becomes a real hassle to re-customize for our needs."
"Although the performance management is good, it could be improved as its functionality is quite basic."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The product can be considered as not being on the high-end side of the price spectrum, as many other products are much more expensive. However, it cannot be said that it is cheap either."
"The price for Oracle HCM Cloud is expensive in Iran, but in other countries, such as Turkey, it can be reasonably priced."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a five out of ten."
"The product could be more affordable."
"I cannot comment on the cost, as this is handled by a different team."
"The price of Oracle HCM Cloud could improve. However, everyone would like the price of a solution they are using to be less expensive."
"It is definitely super expensive. Oracle is very, very expensive for what they offer."
"Oracle HCM Cloud is pricey, but price-wise, it's now more competitive than in the past year. Here in Central Europe, people also look at the pricing, but Central Europe falls under the UAE and Abu Dhabi in terms of headquarters, management, and strategy, but those states don't care too much about the pricing. Pricing is a significant factor in choosing a solution. In the past, Oracle HCM Cloud was compared to the SAP solution, the largest competitor and up to thirty percent higher in price. Now, Oracle HCM Cloud has a price increase of five to ten percent, which could be pricier than SAP now, but it's a more competitive product nowadays and comparable to SAP."
"I am not normally involved in the product's pricing since it normally involves the packages that a user chooses. Pricing differs based on a case-to-case scenario and client-to-client basis."
