Oracle HCM has a great reporting platform, OTPI, with drag-and-drop functionality. I can design my own reports without relying on the technical team. This empowers HR users to create reports based on their needs, which is a huge advantage.

What I like most about Oracle HCM Cloud is that I didn't see any area that needs to be dramatically improved. I also appreciate that it has good integration with other Oracle products. The process of integrating Oracle HCM Cloud is rather explanatory. I also found the Oracle library to be helpful. As Oracle HCM Cloud is quite a robust solution, I like it versus other solutions. I like the people at Oracle.

The most important function is definitely managing the employee and employer staff system. This module allows the company to see information about its own employees. It's crucial for our organization, along with talent management.

The initial setup or implementation process of the solution is fine. The deployment process took place in two days. So, once one has the runbook and everything in place, it is not that difficult.

I like that it is mobile responsive and you can work directly with the vendor on specific requirements that you might have.

In some geographies, you might not find specific localizations. For example, here in Turkey, we can use all Oracle Cloud modules except for payroll. The Oracle payroll module isn't localized for the Turkish system. So, we need to integrate a separate, localized payroll solution with Oracle HCM.

An employee needs training to apply for leave, something as simple as that. They shouldn't need training materials or user guides to navigate the system. We're moving towards empowering users, especially with end-user-facing systems. People should be self-reliant and not need to rely on manuals. Oracle HCM Cloud is very old-school in this regard.

The solution's approvals hierarchy or employee hierarchy needs some improvement and more flexibility.

Visually, Oracle HCM Cloud needs improvement. For example, the employee portal looks rather old, so it would be awesome if Oracle refreshed its design or if the portal looked more modern. Oracle HCM Cloud works, but visually, it needs improvement.

The tool's configurable side allows you to have more flexibility, but at the same time, it creates a lot of confusion that still has to do over so much of the configuration, which are areas that are conflicting in nature.

The absence management can use some improvement. Due to all the flexible working, the part with work schedules could be a little bit more flexible.

Exposure to users on the volume or utilization of servers and memory is necessary. Currently, when users hit the threshold, the system experiences a slowdown.

I believe what could be improved is the EX portion of Oracle HCM Cloud and how it can more easily integrate with other tools.
