We performed a comparison between CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and SentinelOne Singularity Complete based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The solution is scalable."
"We were able to reduce the number of privileged accounts by 50%, which helped to simplify our privileged access management environment."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is its performance."
"CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager is very easy to manage, which I like. The solution also has a dashboard where you can see which software is suspicious, which I find valuable."
"The most valuable feature is that it does lifecycle management and that it will change to whatever the end target is."
"Users can scale the solution."
"It has drastically reduced the attack surface for local administrative rights and the chance of escalation of privilege. We've removed, at this point, close to 98 percent of the local administrative accounts on workstations. If there were an incident, it would stop at that point and we'd be able to know."
"We can do both server and endpoint protection."
"Having the capability to gain insights across our network, observe all our machines, and have a centralized view of what's protected and where things are is incredibly advantageous."
"The solution is easy to set up."
"I have found the most valuable feature to be the rapid threat detection."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to drill down into individual sequences of processes."
"We collect a lot of telemetry from Singularity Complete."
"The alerting features are the most valuable. We know that when something goes wrong, we get alerted instantly. That gives us a leg up. Even before the user knows what's happening, we're being alerted to step in and stop anything catastrophic from happening."
"I find the application inventory feature to be extremely useful."
"Prevents ransomware getting through."
"The price of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required. The product's price should be made more flexible."
"For an experienced system implementer it will take approximately one day. However, for somebody who is inexperienced it may take up to five days."
"CyberArk has some performance issues. For example, servers could not handle the solution when we first took CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager."
"Can be improved by allowing computers to be excluded from policies."
"The turnaround time of the support team is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"The price of the solution should improve."
"Performance could be better. We have a couple of problems with CyberArk right now. One of the problems is performance in our environment. Support also takes a long time to respond. If the user already has local admin rights, then I can't collect any events in the console from this device. There are also some options in CyberArk that are not working properly, and are not helpful in this case. I can't collect any information to create a proper policy for the device. I have to investigate everything manually, or even disable the local admin from the device. I can collect the events only after this, and it's very time consuming. In my case, it's a waste of resources."
"One area that has room for improvement is in managing the credentials for network devices."
"The overall integration functionality for this solution could be improved."
"The management console."
"Some reports could be better."
"Managing the alerts is a challenge. Singularity generates a lot of alerts and false positives."
"The ease of use can be better in Deep Visibility. It is not always the easiest. If I have not been in there in the Deep Visibility module for a long time, I do not always find it that easy to use. I tend to go and have to consult the help quite often if I have not been in there a long time."
"Their CASB tool needs to mature. I think there are some CASB vendors out there that have a dashboard tool that's much more mature than SentinelOne. That would be the only constructive criticism that I have."
"SentinelOne's phishing feature could be improved."
"We'd like to have a network map or scan to cover network security."
