An easy-to-use solution that can be used to store files in the cloud and share them with different people
Dropbox is a cloud-based solution. Dropbox is a nice solution to use if you have nothing to hide or aren't afraid that others will view some secrets because you don't know how the company protects them. If you store normal files you don't care much about, you can use Dropbox. Overall, I rate Dropbox a nine out of ten.

Offers great reliability to users
Protection is an area in the product where improvements are required. If big companies want to use the tool for protection purposes, like security, which is a big thing people are looking for nowadays. Sometimes, the tool's user interface automatically puts all the files in a different place, making it a bit difficult to go deep and figure out in which folder a file is present. I need to search for a file and drill down to be able to find it. There are a few bugs in the tool, as with all content management tools, since the solution is usually used to deal with huge amounts of content. If the flow of the documents is huge, the tool might get slow for the end users, or when the data is being migrated or imported into the tools.

Cons

"They can provide more storage. Data is something that everybody is after. Any organization that has the requirement of data for any type of analysis will definitely need increased storage."

"I would like to see integration with Office products, it would be very helpful."
"There is room for improvement in Dropbox's security measures."
"The mobile aspect of the solution needs improvement. For instance, if I want to use a file from Dropbox on my phone, I sometimes struggle to download images off of Dropbox. The solution lacks accessibility on different devices."
"A room for improvement in Dropbox is document editing. It would be nice to have the functionality of editing the document with other people at the same time. This is something that can be done on Office 365, and it's a feature I'd like to see in the next release of Dropbox."
"I would like to be able to unarchive my files online."
"The search could be made more intuitive."
"The tool should be cheaper."
"It is hard to migrate to another product if we want to."

"The main area for improvement would be providing a local setup or working area. Currently, developers need to commit code to test changes. A lower-cost option for this would be beneficial."
"The cost of additional storage could be cheaper."
"My use case of this solution is fairly minimal. However, I am concerned about privacy on a cloud platform. Many people are not migrating to a cloud service because they are still concerned about putting data in cloud-based storage."
"Google Cloud Storage can improve by having better integration and migration tools."
"While the solution seems to be secure, I worry that, with the cloud, there is a chance of hacking. It would be ideal if they could be more transparent about the processes they go through to keep our data secure in the cloud and on their systems."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution allows one only a certain amount of free storage, but he must pay for a subscription, perhaps on a six-month basis, if he wishes to maintain this."
"While the pricing is comparable, especially for users of Microsoft Office 365, the value proposition might not be as competitive for those seeking primarily storage options."
"We use a yearly license. The pricing is not a bad price. I'd rate it about a five out of ten, with ten being expensive and one being cheap."
"I use the free version of the solution."
"I am using the free solution, which provides me with 2GBs of storage, and for me, it's sufficient."

"We do not have to pay for a license for Google Cloud Storage but there is a subscription that needs to be paid."
