Flexible, stable and offers comprehensive feature set, including core CRM functionalities like lead management and marketing automation
It's good. We haven't had to escalate issues to them often. They have a support team and a community forum where you can ask questions or find answers. The community is great – we've almost always found answers to our questions there, especially regarding the API. We got in touch with customer service and support once or twice. Once was when they were deprecating a feature by a certain date, and we needed to extend the timeline for us because we couldn't meet that deadline. They were very accommodating and readily extended it for us by a couple of months. And another time, there was some technical question. And they were fine. They did help. It was okay.

Helps you avoid delays because you can visualize your deadlines and track your progress
I like the automation you can do with monday.com. You can automate priorities, status changes, notifications, etc. You may need another solution to create this automation in other tools, but monday.com includes everything. The Gantt view for project planning is also pretty good. The interface is another area where monday.com shines. It is colorful and visually appealing. You can paint with colors, and there are multiple views. If you are the type of person who wants all of your information displayed linearly, you can set it up in lines. It's the best tool for evaluating timelines and projects. The most challenging part is deciding how you want to display your information, but as soon as you know what you're doing, it's effortless to view where you are in the project and who's involved. You can set up a simple project in under five minutes, but a super complex one might take a few days. I think it's straightforward if you know how you want to organize your information. monday.com is accessible to non-technical users but takes a lot of time. They have many tutorials, and you can easily use monday.com if you can take the time to go through them and learn. When you initially create a project, it's only a board with lines on which you enter the tasks. You have some columns with the task owner, status, deadlines, etc. It is not that easy to understand all the features and how you can use them for your case, which is why people contact me. When you implement the tool, you decide which layout to use and what information you want to disclose. I've seen clients who have been using this for three years, and they still only know how to do things one way because they haven't taken the time to understand all the features. It's crucial to spend time at the start and learn the tool. I don't think the learning curve is that huge.

"Very scalable CRM platform with multiple functions, e.g. marketing, ticketing, and service."
"The solution's greatest value lies in its online capability in terms of web content creation."
"The tool is user-friendly."
"When we cannot dedicate a lot of time to each of these, in terms of research and support, it helps us automate some small things and provides opportunities."
"It allows us to get everyone on the same page at their local terminal without having to sync everyone on ten different software solutions."
"There are so many automations to streamline everyday tasks and reduce click counts when doing admin work. It is incredible."
"monday.com is easy to set up."
"The boards and the sub-boards are great."
"The way everyone can work together is fantastic."
"The feature that I have found the most valuable is the project labels and organizational tools."
"The automation feature saves us hours of time reviewing activities, sending reminders, and sending emails."
"The most valuable tools are the search function, automated email reminders, and the ability to track changes through the activity log."

Cons

"The solution's user interface can be simpler with features that are easy to navigate."
"Invoices were the thing we were thinking should be part of the solution, and that's been added now."
"There is no option to remove duplicate constant contacts."
"The product's free version could have more integration and automation options."
"The product is not very scalable."
"Ease of use is the most essential feature for us. HubSpot is intuitive, so you can learn everything just by exploring and trying it out yourself. The user interface is straightforward, and it's easy to pick that up."
"The only problem with HubSpot at the moment is the pricing models."
"The only challenge with the solution is that it captures data in a raw manner, so organizing that information is still left to the administrator or the user, and they need to organize it into structured fields."
"It has more limitations than we expected."
"We would love it if the system could communicate with our accounting system, QuickBooks."
"Currently, we run our accounting on Quickbooks Online and we are forced to use their reporting tools to bring out the data we want to see. I would much rather have Quickbooks integration that allows us to more seamlessly pull transactions into Monday in real-time and allow us to manipulate that data on the Monday interface."
"I'm unclear about the notifications feature in that I receive way too many emails."
"I wish there were better notifications and dashboard views with analytics around the status of projects, etc."
"The Graphic User Interface (GUI) needs improvement."
"While great, the shareable boards lack some features that normal boards possess and that’s a big burden for us."
"It would be great if there was a setting where you could customize the email reminders."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It's in the upper range. If 10 represents the most expensive, I'd rate it a 7 out of 10. Its price also depends on the size of your team."
"The pricing is in a midrange if you line up the marketing tools."
"The price of the solution could improve because it is expensive."
"There are a few licensing payment models, such as annual or monthly. The solution is modular, which means that if you need a specific capability or function within the organization, you can purchase it specifically and you don't have to purchase something that is only utilized by 20 percent of the organization."
"The pricing for this solution is user based. We're paying $39 to $45 per user."
"HubSpot CRM is affordable."
"There is a cost for the solution. However, I am not aware of the price."
"We use a paid version of Hubspot and we have an annual license."
"monday.com is pretty affordable. It's cheaper than Asana. There are four tiers, including a free version. The free version is fine if you don't have any complex projects. One of the most advanced plans is around $16 per month per user."
"Though I am unsure about the product's pricing plan, there is a need to make monthly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution, and it operates on a per-user plan."
"The pricing of monday.com is worth it."
"The product is not expensive."
"It's definitely affordable. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest, but it's definitely not the most expensive. The price is well worth the value that we get out of it."
"The pricing is totally fair. I don't have any issues with it."
"I rate the tool's pricing a six out of ten."
"There are features that they're putting in the Enterprise plan that you have to pay for the Enterprise plan to use those features. The Enterprise plan is probably double or triple the Pro plan price, or it may be two and a half times. From a business standpoint, I don't like the fact that I have to pay two and a half times more to use a particular feature."
