Helpful dashboard, supports offline capabilities for SAP, professional support, and a simple pricing model
I believe that this is the only product in the market that truly supports offline capabilities in an SAP environment. We have people going through all of their shifts without connectivity, yet it automatically later synchronizes well with SAP, without creating extra documents or anything like that. The ability to take ABAP code and automatically convert it to a mobile app and then adjust it to our needs is something that I haven't seen in any other low-code solution on the market, and it has been life-changing for us. I love how easy it is to manage the design of the process using drag and drop. I know they are working to make the developer experience even better, and I'm very excited about it. The modernizer element that converts existing ABAP business logic to the cloud-native mobile-friendly solution is a very powerful tool that I haven't seen in the market.

Has customization and integration capabilities which increase efficiency
Salesforce could improve by offering AI features or functionalities to help business decision-makers analyze business history, suggest forward strategies, and participate in events. The previous version had a complicated interface where multiple pages and data entries were required, which was not pleasant for sales teams or business users. Also, deploying Salesforce took a long time, about four to five months, which is not ideal for any business.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I love how they took the MIT Scratch concept and implemented it into the in-app backend. It makes the app creation so much more intuitive and easy to use."
"I believe that this is the only product in the market that truly supports offline capabilities in an SAP environment."
"Intuitive to work with and the overall fundamental of the platform is very strong."
"Salesforce is a phenomenal application. It's very diverse."
"It's an easy platform for salespeople to quickly and efficiently be able to track an opportunity."
"The solution has plenty of features that are useful."
"Its stability, performance, and usability are most valuable."
"The lead conversion process in Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely valuable."
"The tool's most valuable feature is the CRM. Salesforce Platform comes with out-of-the-box capabilities."
"A fully integrated solution that provides a seamless experience."

Cons

"While we're not in a place of letting LOB analysts build apps, at some point, we may want to give them a bit more freedom - as long as we can limit their ability to harm the ERP data. I would like to see more tools pertaining to this area."
"The modernizer element should convert a higher percentage of the ABAP code, moving it from approximately 75%, closer to 100%."
"Integration needs improvement."
"Salesforce is incredibly slow. It was difficult to run live sales calls and leveraging Salesforce at the same time."
"Salesforce Platform has a cumbersome interface when creating reports, dashboards, and those types of things. They could be a little bit more simple. The administration has to be an aficionado to do any sort of administration and maintenance, for example, setting up the way you want to modify the lead tracks or functions. These systems tend to be quite cumbersome."
"UI needs to be more intuitive and user friendly."
"What could be improved in the Salesforce Platform is the price. The platform is too expensive. The implementation time for the platform is also longer than expected, so that's another area for improvement."
"Salesforce's mobile app could be better. Also, it could integrate more seamlessly with Gmail."
"I would like to have integration with Google."
"The reporting needs improvement and the dashboard could have more components added."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is straightforward consumption based on the number of end-users."
"It is quite expensive. Its developers come at a premium cost, which makes it expensive."
"In general, the price is an area where there is always room for improvement."
"Pricing and license differ and depend on how much license you are purchasing from them."
"The cost of this solution depends on negotiations. It is somewhere between expensive and reasonable. There is always additional costs for consulting services. It's the kind of solution that requires consulting, but it is not a licensing cost. It is a consulting cost. It is CAPEX versus OPEX."
"I don't know anything about its cost, but I'm sure it has got a nice little price tag that goes along with it."
"The solution is fairly priced."
"It is expensive. Licensing is on an annual basis."
"Costly, but it is the top product in SaaS/PaaS. Pricing is more for large to enterprise level companies."
