I would rate the stability a nine out of ten. I would give it a close ten as possible because, like SentinelOne, I've seen incompatibility. Whereas Cylance, I've seen none.

Trusted within the industry, CylanceOPTICS is stable and unintrusive with a straightforward setup, even for large healthcare organizations. However, customers desire more automation for threat handling, improved detection, and fewer false positives. Technical support and more granular control in the timeline-building process are areas needing improvement.
