In my opinion, the best features of the product are that it is precise, the SKU library contains all the products and it rightly associates all the use rights and the licensing that is required, and the analytics feature is helpful in strategic decision-making because it adequately and appropriately gives you the reports.

There is room for improvement in the purchasing module. There are things I would change in that. Also, the automation components, like having the contracts, scheduling, and notifications embedded into the application, which they've been promising to do since 2014.
