Focused on inventory and accounting production; valuable inventory control and sales recording
The Acumatica features I found most valuable are inventory control and sales recording Additional features I would like to see in the next release are more flexible reporting options. I would specifically benefit from the ability to create comparative reports for many months instead of having to…

Integration tools streamline financial operations and enhance data management
The most beneficial feature in Workato is its accessibility. The interface is easily understandable even for a common user, unlike the NetSuite ERP direct website which requires more technical knowledge. In Workato, NetSuite ERP provides options for new employee records, invoice reports, and batch files processing. The batch processing capability allows handling up to 10,000 records simultaneously, which reduces tasks and processing time significantly. Regarding scalability, NetSuite ERP offers excellent options and reduces manual interventions through automation. In the past three months, I have observed improvements in their options and data storage capabilities, showing enhanced scalability compared to previous versions.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"We had one solution for everything, from the first phone call down to follow-up visits for wholesale callers and for just regular purchases."
"The way everything integrated well with everything else was most valuable. We had one solution for everything, from the first phone call down to follow-up visits for wholesale callers and for just regular purchases."
"This solution supports multiple branches."
"No valuable quote could be determined from the review content."
"I like the ease of setup and customization of forms."
"It offers reporting flexibilities that were previously unavailable to us."
"I have found there to be many features, such as manufacturing, accounting, financials, inventory, and purchasing."
"It's perfect for a company that is growing, that's still on the border of small to midsize, and it fits perfectly from a cost and functionality perspective of them trying to get to standard practices that allows them to grow efficiently."
"The solution is pretty easy to use and navigate, and it's more of a lightweight software."
"NetSuite ERP is good for a trading company that involves buying and selling."
"NetSuite is significantly more affordable than Oracle EBS and offers a wider range of features than other OEMs."

Cons

"We should be able to personalize it for the company. There should be more customization of the pages so that they seem more like a company rather than as an outside company. We should be able to change company images and things like that and do this kind of personalization."
"The solution doesn't have features to break down the structure for multiple people in the project."
"For support, we go through a distributor, and the support we receive from them is much better than what we would from Acumatica directly. When we went to Acumatica support directly, we were not happy with it."
"It is very expensive for a small business."
"The main implementation challenge is finding experienced consultants to translate customer needs into NetSuite ERP's standard functionality. The second challenge is getting enough time from customers for proper implementation."
"Some of the features around the payroll and payroll taxes and management of that are lacking. We had to outsource some of that because we found that the functionality isn't there."
"Additionally, adding advanced modules such as AI components or customer service modules could help the system become more scalable."
"The solution is not good in a production company."
"The pricing is high."
"The solution is not user-friendly and it is complex to use."
"What needs to be improved is the development in the other areas and other businesses that can use NetSuite."
"Additionally, difficulties for end user to select proper modules from cloud ERP were addressed."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is very expensive for a small business. If you're a small business, it is not a very good solution in that aspect, but if you are big and have more manufacturing, it is well worth it. It comes with the ability to integrate with one website. We had to modify ours. We customized it so that we could do hundreds of websites. In Texas, I believe that we were the only one ever to be integrated with hundreds of websites. So, the development of our API probably cost us a hundred grand, and then there would be maintenance. That's all outside of the standard licensing fee."
"It is completely on a subscription basis. We pay yearly and, and you do not have to do anything on a monthly basis. Prices depend on the organization's scale and all those things, but they are doing a good job with the pricing."
"There is an annual license required to use this solution."
"NetSuite ERP has a cost per module you want to use, and then you have the license per user."
"Pricing for NetSuite ERP is okay, but it could be better. The licensing model for NetSuite ERP is based on the number of modules and users. The standard license covers up to twenty-five users. If you have more than twenty-five users, you'll have to buy the premium license, which would double the price. For one module with five user licenses, the cost is between $40,000 to $50,000."
"The price is less than the cost of daily hours."
"It's very competitively priced due to it being a subscription model. So, clients are quite happy with the pricing. I would rate it an eight out of ten in terms of pricing."
"I would advise that you first meet with and scope out your project with a NetSuite VAR (Value Added Reseller)."
"It is expensive."
