A stable solution that very accurately runs projects
Project availability and speed could always be improved. Most of the time, we get the target from the system. If there is a chance to improve the interface, then it should be implemented. Otherwise, our end users are satisfied with using our own interface. Reports could be pushed more quickly.

"It's a very easy-to-use product."
"Collaboration and CRM are the most valuable features of Bitrix24."
"We are considering Bitrix24 as an office automation solution for our workplace productivity-related issues, project management activities, and staff tracking."

"The most valuable features are data entry, the pipeline view with filters, and the automation capabilities."
"It is easy to check project costs in the solution."
"The reporting features are quite strong. Being able to do team reports and find out what work is pending, what work needs to be done are key in my day-to-day management of the team. The earned value analysis capabilities and critical path capabilities inside the tool help me make sure that I'm keeping the projects on track."
"It's most useful feature is that it interfaces with Project Server so we can, from my perspective, from a portfolio perspective, we can see across the organization."
"It is easy to use and pretty intuitive. User interfaces have stayed the same for the most part for the last 20 years. So, there is a familiarity."

Cons

"It's a team management tool, but the way the tasks are assigned and the way you are able to control them are lacking when compared to Asana or monday.com. The latter tools are a lot more adaptable to team management. Thus, better features to control the team are needed in Bitrix24."
"Compared to Microsoft, we found Bitrix24 a little complex because it's new to us, and we don't understand it much."
"Some functionalities of the tool required specific expertise. For example, the SIP Connector is difficult to install."
"This solution was built using old technology which is now mixed with new technologies. This can make it challenging to get new features live."
"The user interface could be improved or simplified. When you log in and see so many functions, it's a little overwhelming."
"There is a need for better integration with ERP solutions."
"The client interface is not very user-friendly."
"There are some bugs in the mobile system."
"We need more integration with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools."
"We'd like to be able to see different timelines as a part of one task."
"Microsoft Project could improve the interface, it should be more intuitive. It could be adjusted a little bit to make it a little easier to use and more user-friendly. It is a very powerful tool and it takes people a while to get used to it."
"The solution's interface seems to be an outdated one. So, I would like its interface to be improved."
"Microsoft Project has much room for improvement. The solution is still stuck where it was in 2013. Not much has changed since then. There is a lot that can be changed in the enterprise segment."
"There are a few bugs that can affect the stability. This is typical of most applications."
"It would be ideal if the solution integrated more with Azure DevOps and other work management platforms like Jira."
"In a future release, the dashboard should improve because there isn't one, I had to create my own."
