Comparison Results: BMC TrueSight Operations Management offers advanced features such as proactive monitoring, an event management tool, and Helix Innovation Studio, in addition to a consolidated dashboard, making it the preferred solution. Although Broadcom DX is easy to deploy and offers code-level visibility, it lacks integration between tools, has performance issues, and needs improvement in support and compatibility. BMC TrueSight Operations Management also has a transparent licensing model, unlike Broadcom DX, which has a monthly licensing fee that some users find expensive.
"The solution provides visibility to our infrastructure, how it is, the resources we are monitoring, and quick updates when it has any problems. We have integrated it with ServiceNow to open instances."
