Room For Improvement

IBoss users seek improved reporting, security features, cloud integration, higher network capacity, intuitive configurations, and more efficient customer support.
Prisma Access needs UI, policy management, integration, support, compatibility, and documentation improvements for better user experience and efficiency.
Skyhigh Security struggles with UI responsiveness, integration, and browser compatibility, calling for better documentation, flexibility, and pricing strategy improvements.
It is not as intuitive as the rest of the platform.
Hosting it in the cloud can mitigate these issues by allowing connection through the nearest Palo Alto or Prisma Cloud regional hub.
Greater simplicity and fewer steps in the dashboard to accomplish tasks would make it more user-friendly.

Prisma Access provides strong security with high costs, offering flexible pricing and excellent ROI for enterprises needing comprehensive protection.
Skyhigh Security pricing varies by integration and user count, offering flexible, enterprise-aligned licensing considered affordable but not cheap.
It offers the same features you would get from a vendor that charges 250,000 British pounds for a fraction of the price.
When compared to Zscaler, 100 clients in Zscaler might cost around $3,000,000, whereas Prisma could cover this within $1,000,000.
The pricing is on the higher side, rating it around eight to nine out of ten.
Pricing for Prisma Access and Prisma SD WAN is high due to the need for different hardware flavors like IONs.

We experienced benefits immediately but the report generation is lagging
iboss excels on the networking side but lags slightly behind competitors like Zscaler and Netskope in terms of security feature parity. I'd like to see them accelerate development on the security side, particularly around data loss prevention. Using iboss for DLP instead of traditional endpoint solutions is preferable, but its current feature set requires some clunky workarounds. I'd also like to see better integration of DLP into the platform. Additionally, while it's improving, reporting can be slow at times. This is problematic when generating reports for executives who expect them immediately. I'd like to see further improvements in reporting speed and efficiency.

Allows secure access to all applications and resources from any location but needs a simpler dashboard
Prisma Access allows secure access to all applications and resources from any location. This is an essential advantage for maintaining consistent security across various platforms and remote connections. The centralized security that ensures policies follow users is also a core feature, promoting zero trust, a necessary security model in today's market.
