Offers agility and how quickly it can be modified to meet the workflows of any organization
The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved. Only half of the mobile app uses the new architecture, and I believe their roadmap is to fully update it so there's a consistent user interface throughout the mobile app. Some of it uses the older Creatio technology, some of it's newer, and I think they're aiming to have it fully updated sometime in the second quarter. That will be a big jump. It supports the remote sales team, but it could be a lot better. Creatio needs to move the mobile app update higher on its priority list. We can see a difference when we look at other mobile CRM solutions out there – Creatio's mobile app isn't as fresh as other parts of the application. The other area I'd like to see Creatio improve – is the development of a robust field service application or enhancement to their existing Service Creatio module. It should be a separate product called Creatio Field Service. Field service is important because it addresses the large number of workers out there who aren't desk-bound, and that really corresponds with the mobile app improvements.

Infinitely customizable, good end-to-end sales and customer management processes but lacks good documentation
Essentially, it's the CRM solution for managing customers and leads. The features that had the most significant impact on our sales efficiency include flexibility, regular updates, and very good end-to-end sales and customer management processes. AI and machine learning are on the agenda for next year. Initially, it will be very silo-based, but eventually, we'll be integrating MIBI data into our solution. Sales Cloud's reporting and analytics capabilities influenced our sales strategy quite a lot. We can build every report as a dashboard, and there are various sorts of things. We are using Tableau as our MIBI analytic solution, which is also owned by Salesforce these days.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option."
"I like Creatio's workflows, automation, and no-code features that we can update as we wish."
"It provides a customizable platform that enables companies to safely store and recognize customer data, as well as connect multiple channels and other related services."
"Intuitive, low-code CRM platform that's easy to integrate and use."
"Its configurability in terms of being able to change screens and fields and create workflows that are compatible with our business objectives is most valuable."
"With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant."
"There's not a single CRM out there that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM."
"It is a good platform that shows consolidation of information for our customer base."
"The tracking and monitoring of daily activities within each account is the most valuable aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It allows for staying informed about ongoing activities, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the progress made within each account on a regular basis. Additionally, the plugins that are available, such as ZoolInfo are useful."
"The user interface is pretty simple."
"The solution is easy to use."
"The performance is good, and it is easy to use."
"It has custom fields and custom reports which can align to our business objectives and marketing focus."
"The solution is stable."
"The tool is quite flexible."

Cons

"On the sales side, I would like to see a CPQ product, and on the services side, I'd like to see more of a field service automation feature."
"Sales Creatio should include better customizations."
"Creatio's mobile app could be more intuitive."
"To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that."
"The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved."
"The marketing feature needs to be improved. Documentation on their website, or their knowledge base, also needs expansion and improvement."
"There is still some room for improvement in the overall look and feel of the software."
"Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited."
"I don't like the way parent-child relationships work in transactions between records in Salesforce Sales Cloud. NetSuite is a little bit more user-friendly in that sense. Salesforce Sales Cloud requires that you build everything from scratch. I don't like that. It leaves a lot of thinking and solutions to the consultants and the process is more prone to errors."
"One area where the solution could improve is with handling feature requests."
"As a presale team leader, I see a need to better understand the platform because our current knowledge is limited. This makes it difficult to explore possible extensions of its use. We also want more detailed information on commercial opportunities included in the tool. It needs to include better documentation on the functions it offers."
"The reporting formats could be better."
"The monitoring is very good, but it could be better."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud does not integrate with Slack or WhatsApp, for example. As a result, there is no easy way to directly log a conversation with a client that occurred on one of these platforms. There are a few things that still need to be done manually in these instances."
"It is very clunky. Its interface can be more user-friendly. There is always way too much information going on in Salesforce. It puts too much on your screen. It gives you every piece of information in the world, whereas I need less. It would be nice for it to be cleaned up a bit."
"The solution is secure. However, they could always improve on security."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60."
"Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution."
"Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product."
"Pricing for this solution is more affordable than Salesforce, and the costs are upfront."
"The price is fair."
"The price of Salesforce Sales Cloud could be reduced. It is expensive."
"In terms of investment value and return of the investment, Salesforce right now is pretty good on the Western markets where the price of the employees is pretty high."
"The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
"There is a license required to use this solution and the price is expensive. It could be reduced."
"You need to pay for the license per user per month. For example, you need to pay $100 per user. If you have 200 users using your Salesforce, that would be multiplied by a hundred, that's $20,000 per month and a quarter million per year."
"The overall price of Salesforce Sales Cloud could be better, it is more expensive than other competitors. There is an annual license for Salesforce Sales Cloud."
"Pricing is reasonable."
