Clean and simple to use with good integration capabilities
There are lots of things that are quite good with SendGrid as compared to other platforms. For example, it is very easy to set up, and it is very clean and simple to use. The email integration is fairly easy, and I can say it is reliable. It also allows you to implement services from other platforms as well. So you can have multiple things in a single place. We're using the API. They provide certain add-ons, like Azure add-ons. You can connect with Azure as well. They have decent support in terms of any issues. They have a nice dashboard as well. It gives almost all information in a single place, and it is scalable.

A stable solution that has the ability to set up chain campaigns depending on the user's reaction
Zoho Campaigns comes under Zoho Cloud. I'm happy with the generic report stack available on Zoho Campaigns. I am not a data analyst. I understand simple English and simple sentences. So these reports help me understand how many people open my email, and beyond that, I don't need other insights. If somebody clicks on a Zoho Creator course, I know it's the right target I have to reach. In the same email, if somebody clicks on my website, I know they are more interested in understanding my credibility before they get interested in the course. This way, my needs are solved based on the generic reports. Since it interfaces with other parts of Zoho, I would recommend Zoho Campaigns to other users. Overall, I rate Zoho Campaigns an eight or nine out of ten.
