Offers great audio and video quality for virtual meetings
I like the instant messaging feature in the product since I prefer to use the chat functionalities provided by the solution. It is easy to integrate the product with some of the other solutions in the market. I rate the integration capabilities of the product a ten out of ten. The product's user interface is user-friendly. I use the product at a personal level, so I can't speak about the support it provides for the maintenance part. I rate the overall tool a ten out of ten.

Easy to install and has lots of resources but need to improve performance
It's a remote access solution. We use it for conferences, meetings, and communication.  It works just like other communications tools. It also integrates well with Office 365 and Outlook, et cetera. The performance is good.  It's got a lot of resources for users.  The product is easy to install.…

"The integration with Microsoft Outlook for creating and scheduling meetings is nice."
"The best feature is the remote access and being able to control another person's computer when you're showing them something, or teaching them how to do something during training, or fixing a problem they're having."
"There have been a couple of times with the handy remote access feature, where I have been asked for something at eight o'clock on a Thursday evening and it is on my desk machine, but I am driving back to my office. With TeamViewer, I can just stay at my home machine, connect to my work machine, and get the data needed without having to drive back across town."
"Getting started with TeamViewer was easy, with a very straightforward usage"
"The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is very fast. The file transfer from remote machines to my machine or from my machine to the remote machine works well."
"It's very easy to set up."
"I have been satisfied with TeamViewer overall."
"It was worth the investment. You can do file transfers and video calls with it. You can do a lot of copy paste stuff. E.g., if I have a file and want to place it on somebody's machine, I can just copy it off of mine and paste it right on their machine. I don't have to put it in a Dropbox account and have them log into it to pull it off. I can do all that right through TeamViewer. When you're looking at the TeamViewer screen, you think you are working on your own machine."
"The implementation is quite straightforward."

Cons

"Skype for Business is not stable."
"We are looking for a more collaborative tool, not only in terms of virtual meetings but also for teams to collaborate, share a document, work together, and all those types of things."
"I should be able to make a desktop phone call when I click a member of my Lync directory."
"The solution's functionality needs to be moved to Microsoft Teams. Its technology is outdated."
"The stability could be improved."
"There might be some invitation issues with Skype for Business."
"The video conferencing quality can be improved."
"Skype for Business could improve the interface. It could be easier to use. Additionally, it's hard to find the people or add people you want to communicate with."
"I would like to see TeamViewer support multiple platforms."
"I'm not sure if they provide good quality audio alongside screensharing."
"This solution could be improved by offering more flexibility in terms of usage."
"The business interface is clunky and not well-documented."
"In the next release, I would prefer to have a voice integration and collaboration feature to support multiple teams simultaneously."
"It's pretty limited on the options they have."
"I don’t see any areas where improvement is needed."
"On occasion, when remote connection process can't connect to a machine, the error messages aren't always helpful to tell you why you can't connect, as the message doesn't help troubleshoot whether it is too slow, too much interference, etc. I usually have to run to another computer and figure out what is going on, then restart it. The diagnostics could be improved."
