The anti-spam and anti-virus features are the most valuable.

The solution is 100% stable.

The solution is very scalable. It can handle a lot of emails. We have about 2000 users here in Ghana.

Technical support is great. They're available 24/7 and their response time is typically within the hour.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I didn't previously use a different solution. My engineers may have used Barracuda in the past.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of FortiMail is a little complex, but this is normal because it is a newer solution. It took about three days to deploy it. You only need about two people for deployment and maintenance.
What about the implementation team?
I am an integrator; I handle the implementations myself.
What other advice do I have?
It is one of the best solutions on the market. I would highly recommend them.
I would rate the solution ten out of ten.
