What is our primary use case?

Our primary use case for Microsoft Azure API Management is to integrate our large number of applications seamlessly. In our organization, which has over 1600 applications, some are integrated for security measurements and authentication purposes using Azure AD. This is our major use case.

What is most valuable?

The integration process is very easy, which is crucial for our organization. Another valuable aspect is the support from Microsoft. Whenever support is required, it is readily available. Additionally, I appreciate the technical expertise Microsoft brings to the table. The security features are highly satisfactory, with various options providing flexibility to implement security measures based on specific compliance requirements.

What needs improvement?

In terms of improvements, I would like to see better hands-on learning resources for newcomers. In particular, some credit for practical exercises could be beneficial, making sure the skill set for new entrants is developed for future use.

Microsoft's AI offerings, like OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot, are utilized alongside API Management. It would be good if Microsoft could offer more hands-on learning resources to facilitate skill development.
