We use SonicWall TZ as our perimeter gateway, similar to an internet gateway.

I would like to see more integration with other platforms.

The flexibility can also be improved and it could be more user-friendly.

I have been using SonicWall TZ for a couple of years.

SonicWall TZ is a stable product.

It is a scalable product. We have more than 40 people in our organization who are using this solution.

Technical support is good. We have no issues with the technical support.

The initial setup was straightforward. It was easy to install SonicWall TZ.

The time it takes to deploy is based on the clients requirement.

We have one or two technical engineers to maintain this solution. Developers are not required.

We completed the installation ourselves. We did contact an integrator or vendor team, we are consultants.

Customers are required to pay for a yearly subscription.

I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.

I would rate SonicWall TZ a ten out of ten.

Our primary use for SonicWall TZ is for a network firewall and for threat protection.

With SonicWall TZ, they should make the interface useful for the user. This needs to happen very soon because now the interface is not sufficient. 

When I need to apply some features, I get many tasks and too many to create objects.

SonicWall TZ is stable.

Our IT administrator is just one person, me.

I don't get the support that I need from SonicWall.

I didn't use any other solutions previously.

From one to ten, I would rate SonicWall TZ a seven for the end user experience. Other products have unlimited end users, but in SonicWall TZ there are just two admin users.

I use SonicWall TZ primarily in my office to secure our network. During the COVID period, it enabled most of our staff to work remotely using its VPN capabilities.

SonicWall TZ offers security and easy firmware updates. It was beneficial during COVID for remote work through its VPN functionality. It is stable and provides good value for money. The solution stands out for its solid performance and reliability.

SonicWall TZ could benefit from newer technology. That is why I am looking to upgrade and researching other solutions.

I have had SonicWall TZ for approximately five years.

SonicWall TZ is definitely stable and offers a good value for money.

Customer service is excellent. They are really good whenever I have needed to call them.

The initial setup was easy because my IT people handled it.

I hire an IT firm to set up my firewalls and related technological infrastructure.

It is hard to quantify ROI because there have been no issues. That is a reason to buy a firewall, and it is challenging to put a monetary value on security.

The pricing of SonicWall TZ is reasonable. I would also position its pricing as a three, where one is the lowest price and ten is the highest.

I am evaluating other vendors, including Sophos, which seems more expensive. I am looking back at SonicWall to compare.

I would recommend SonicWall TZ for its value. 

Overall, I would rate the product a nine out of ten.
