VictorOps has been good enough for us and it's effective for our needs in case of an on-call escalation process.

Helpdesk escalation and VictorOps enhance its on-call escalation processes. A flexible schedule aids rotation setup. While improvements are possible, including more YouTube webinars and a broader set of permissions, the tool's third-party configuration integration and incident communication can be enhanced. Initial features were only addressed as part of the roadmap.
