The product pricing is fair and reasonable for the value it provides. However, it is important to factor in the ongoing maintenance costs, as the system requires professional upkeep to ensure optimal performance.
Though I am not much involved in the pricing part, I know that it is a bit costly. As per a general discussion I had with the stakeholders, I figured out that it is a costly tool. There is a need to make additional payments apart from the licensing fees for better support services from ServiceNow.
Setting up and licensing for ServiceNow can be expensive, especially for enterprise service management. However, it helps with significant cost savings in various areas. In particular, in two Oracle and SAP implementations, ServiceNow efficiently managed licenses and resulted in substantial cost savings, exceeding $6,000,000 per year.

The price is somewhat high, but if you're buying multiple products from the same line as a bundle, you can get a discount. However, if you buy Discovery as a standalone product, it will be expensive.
The solution is a good product, but it is slightly expensive. It is one of the most costly applications in terms of subscription costs. I rate the price a five out of ten.

ServiceNow Discovery has very broad pricing, so it becomes costly. It would be better if it had a pay-as-you-use licensing model because the total cost of ownership is quite high. The ServiceNow Discovery unit price is comparable to other products, but if you look at the packaging, the TCO is much higher than others. Overall, I'd rate the ServiceNow Discovery licensing costs as five out of ten.

It is an expensive solution. Per licensed user, it may be around $160 to $180. There may be additional models a company needs to buy for ITSM functionality.ITSM will not work independently, and therefore we need other models.

We have a contracted price, but I am unsure of the exact price. We have a three-year contract, and then we agree on a certain amount of nodes to be discovered. ServiceNow will provide a quote which will then be part of the contract. While the contract is in effect, it is possible to overspend, and then we will have new discussions with ServiceNow. There are no extra costs, ServiceNow does an evaluation every couple of months, and then they monitor whether we are overconsuming. If we are notified, we will discuss the possible expansion of the contract.
It costs a lot. It is probably close to over a hundred thousand. It's an expensive platform, but you can't compare ServiceNow's Discovery functionality to other discovery tools. It's not an apples-to-apples comparison of ServiceNow to a configuration management tool to an asset management tool because it does those things, but it's not those things.

There are many licensing strategies. For example, discovery is based on the number of nodes or subscription units. It's a bit expensive compared to other products in the market, but it's worth the money you pay because it's far advanced in terms of features, automation, and capabilities compared to other products. The sentiment that we get from clients is that ServiceNow is expensive.
ServiceNow Discovery finds applications and devices on your network, and then updates the CMDB with the information it finds. Discovery is available as a separate subscription from the rest of the Now Platform.
The product pricing is fair and reasonable for the value it provides. However, it is important to factor in the ongoing maintenance costs, as the system requires professional upkeep to ensure optimal performance.
The solution is expensive. I rate the product’s pricing a seven out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.

The pricing is determined based on the CIs.
It is worth the money.
ServiceNow Discovery's licensing is not a very small investment, but it definitely pays off.
The product is not cheap.
If the solution is deployed properly, it is highly valuable. If the product is not deployed properly, it can be very expensive.

ServiceNow Discovery is expensive, but the company has a monopoly and we need to use the solution. We use it because we do not have a choice.
The solution is not inexpensive so pricing is rated a three out of ten.

It is an expensive product with a price that depends on the models that you wish to purchase.
The price could be better. It's a bit on the pricey side.
I do not know the exact cost, however, I do know that there is one particular subscription charge for the number of the CI spots we use.
There is a subscription for ServiceNow Discovery. It's expensive, but I think it's one of the best solutions on the market, so it's worth it.
